The best service by far compared to other companies and I had them all

Saving me tons of money in rural texas were on att and cricket work. They were charging me over 130 a month.

I have been with Cricket for 11+ years they have not let me down.

I love Cricket but the issue I have is that the only time you get a free or discounted phone is if you’re a new customer. I’ve been a customer for around 9 years. Don’t get me wrong the plan prices are great but those phones are so expensive.

It’s so easy to use and make adjustments

Hello everyone! I've been with cricket for about 10 years now; I've never had a problem, I always get signal no matter where I'm at, the bill fits my budget and has not changed in years, and even during couple hard times when I struggled to pay, they always offered me a bridge pay option and whenever I called I got only good and happy costumer service ready to help. My friend recently joined after trying many other carriers and I can not wait to see her happy as I'am with cricket. Thank you all

❤️it. Doesn’t take long to find everything you need and looking for. I ❤️ the service. I have tried other cellular companies. I either had good service with A bill that continued to get higher every time I got a bill. Or the service sucked and the bill was cheap, but I couldn’t use my phone. I was wasting money both ways.

Unable to change password using the app and in store they state they can’t change it either and direct you back to use the app 🤦‍♂️

No loyalty for long term customers.

Well, the service is very good. The price is great but trying to make a payment on this app is horrible. it should not take 30 minutes to try and get a payment to go through. ridiculous.

Poor wireless internet speeds.

Everything is a hassle from making payments to adjusting profile.
