I really like Nordstrom Rack. I order online a lot and there are easy returns in the store. I can get designer clothes for a fraction of the original price.

I love Nordstrom Rack they have great quality products with great prices. All my products ship quickly and the products are always what is expected. I wish we had a physical store here but always go to the store when I visit my aunt in Dallas or brother in law in Oklahoma.

The only downside is the high shipping.

The new Nordstrom Rack at Cooper Pointe is truly amazing. Great addition to their chain. It is closer to me than the Auburn or Tacoma stores. It is beautifully stocked with great items in every area you can think of! I recently found a awesome colored throw by “Free People” for $29 and ordered 4 of them for gifts! Customer service is at its highest in this store! Very friendly and happy staff. Will continue to be a #1 customer- thanks

I Primarily shop at the Rack On-line. If I have to do Returns they are quick and painless. Great Prices and better selection on-line.

Shipping could be quicker and returns were free. Otherwise I love the app.

It’s one of the few retailers out there where you get real value. From my days in wholesale it’s because better brands won’t sell to discounters. This is because everyone wants to sell to Nordstrom of course. But when things don’t pan out, it gets downgraded and discounted through a very smart buying team. Love these guys. ❤️

The new update they released recently doesn’t allow for pages. Meaning, if you don’t have the time to scroll through 3000+ items in one go there is no way of staying organized and going back to where you left off without endless scrolling to try to spot your last viewed item. Please bring pages back!!

With the latest update unable to filter by size. Hopefully fixed soon

Why can’t I filter based on size anymore ?! Unfortunately, I’m not going to be able to use the app anymore if I can’t find the size that I need.

Nordstrom rack used to be so much better - I’ve noticed a decline in quality. It’s become to me almost on the road to be more like a Marshalls or tj maxx not an offshoot of Nordstrom .

How can I believe that these ratings are real when there are a majority of reviews from “Anonymous” with no comments. The “is this helpful?” question only allows a positive vote. I’ve always believed in Nordstrom’s integrity but this sorely undermines it.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it’s still not working!
