Can’t figure out how to just see the newest message without all previous texts cluttering the screen. The app could use a talented web architect’s touch. It processes simple tasks well enough, but can’t deal with too much complexity. Not being to call a local office, only makes our communication even more difficult.

The convenience of this app is great. I have conjunctivitis , courtesy of my kid! It’s terribly un-fun. But this quick option for medical care is really helpful. Quick responses, lovely phone side manner from medical professionals… 10 out of 10, would recommend!

Easy to set up and get started. Waited about 15 to 20 minutes for a video chat. Spoke with a nurse practitioner who was very friendly and offered suggestions and advice and helped me get a prescription. Definitely recommend.

There is nothing like having access to a doctor or nurse practitioner 24/7. It’s a life saver! Thank you so much!

The web view sign in doesn’t let me use my saved passwords

I was disappointed to find out the for the virtual appointments, the service will not be able to assist you if you do not live in a location with a physical office. The immediate care options are very good and very convenient. No waiting in an emergency room if it is a situation where you don’t need a hands on doctor.

This provider was extremely friendly professional, and very nice. I hope to get her again soon, but I don’t know she was absolutely perfect. Kudos.

Got a refill on my tretinoin in less rhn 10 minutes Dr was super nice and attentive

So great so far. I needed advice on a terrible skin issue and I was seen in 2 minutes over video and the NP was compassionate and kind and concerned while not scaring me, but made it undoubtedly clear I needed IV antibiotics immediately. She said an hour to prepare was fine, but to absolutely go tonight. She also agreed to send me a document backing up the urgency of the situation and need for IV antibiotics immediately.

I was very hesitant of signing up, it’s not the cost it was the “what if” the provider I was assigned AMAZING! Great bedside (er, chairside) manner much better than that I get from my doctors in person! And the price - did I mention the price? Hands down so much more affordable than our local virtual clinic or even a telemedicine phone call with doctor! Will recommend to anyone I can!!

I truly love one medical! Everyone is professional and sweet!

We had some irritation from skin cream and were able to immediately get a diagnosis and treatment recommendations. It was especially concerning because it was around the eyes, and the PA easily explained what was happening and assured us that it was not something worse. Thank you for calming our fears and making sure that we connected.

This was my first time using One Medical, being a bit skeptical on what it can offer. After my first emergency call I was sold. The NP was so thorough she was a hundred times better than my PCP. I am so happy I switched. The call was so easy, I only waited about 30 seconds and was connected.

I just love One Medical. So easy to get care for simple issues and my PCP is very attentive for more complex ones.

Overall the one medical app works ok which is why I’m giving the 3 stars. I used to love One Medical, but now between the cost and often useless advice, I am canceling my membership.
