I still can’t login on my iPad and have everything that’s saved on my iPhone show up there, it just starts from the very beginning. When will this be fixed?

Okay yes, I know I’ve only started to play this game but I LOVE IT. The suspense when your operating in magical, the way they set a timer is just like working in real life *coughs in i don’t know what it’s like since I’m only 12*! ABSOLOUTELY love it! Realistic, not too graphic/bloody so perfect for 12 or older in case they want to know what they want to be when they become an adult!

The research room in the game is locked I don’t know how to unlock it, im guessing it’s a error in the game because it’s been locked since episode 9 n im on 19 please fix it

I love this game so much but there are not enough surgeries, I think they should add some more complex surgeries because I’m getting tired of doing the same ones over and over again

Please help- I am stuck trying to begin research - I got the money but the research will not start .. all requirements met

I got this game and there are a couple things to fix 1) sirona needs to stop the drama because this is a hospital game not a soap opera 2) there is too much time on the operations I feel like if you screw it you screw it

I liked this game at first, but once I played for awhile it would glitch. It would make me close and re-open the game every time I tried to complete a surgery. It just got too annoying.

It is so fun and o love this game but I spent all my money on one room that said would make surgery but it didn’t and now There’s no surgery can you do in the game just got borning

Please fix the Research getting locked issue. Otherwise it's a good game just gets boring with the repetitive tasks.

good graphics, hate they storyline aspect. if you make a separate version without the story, i will buy.

I tried to do research for one of the missions now it froze now I can’t do any other research at the other hospital please fix I know others this has happened too

In the research department when you do missions it glitches and you won’t be able to get your characters back. Y’all need to fix the app!!

Game keeps freezing and crashing like every 5 minutes or so, it’s such a fun game to play but I have to keep closing game and reopening to play

It’s a great game overall..idk if it does this because of the new apple update or what. But, everytime I want to claim a reward or complete a surgery, the whole game freezes and exits, over and over again.

The game lags so bad you have to exit and reboot it also staff get so tired easy also make it so departments won’t close down

I really like this game when I reinstalled it a few weeks ago, but I not sure what’s going on all of a sudden the game just freezes when I complete a mission, I tried closing the application out all the way thinking it could be my phone since I just had the latest update, I just want to see if you guys can look into it. I don’t want to delete my progress just to start back all the way over.

I like that game but ummmm I hate the fact that it keeps freezing I have to restart the game constantly if I have to delete it and redownload it and it still does not work !!! I love this game, however, it always freezes when I am playing..need to update it

But whenever I do surgeries like the lungs, intestines etc; it just shows a black screen and I’m not able to do any procedures unless it’s censored.

Every time I complete a surgery it freezes and I have to keep shutting my game off

The first thing that should be fixed is the linking of devices, I should not have to start over if I login on other device using the same iCloud name; all my other games synced together. Second thing although I have meet all the requirements to do research it will not allow me to start.

I liked this game but when I was stitching a patient up the game wasn’t letting me put stitches in them. Please fix this

It has a really good story line that I want to follow but I feel like in order to do so you have to spend a bunch of money on the golden hearts to upgrade the nurses and doctors
