It’s been a few years since my last trip to France The SNCF app makes planning, paying for, and executing your trip sooooo much easier… especially for non-French speakers
The app works well and the trains exceed my expectations as a public transport-less American.
I have purchased 6 round trip tickets from Paris Montparnasse to Bordeaux, paid for the tickets and would like to know what the next step is. I was expecting my tickets to arrive into the wallet of my I-phone. I got an e-mail from SNCF. The app is very vague in this manner should be more specific as to what is going to happen.
As a first time user this was a little difficult navigating when I began searching train connections for an upcoming trip to France. However, once I got the hang of booking train tickets for the first leg of our trip the last two were much easier. Like most everything, time and patience when learning something new.
I am on a fast train from Paris to Avignon. Clean. Comfortable and decent food. Amtrak needs to cone and see.
It took me a lot of time and a phone call to Tech Support in France to get my “Avantage Senior 60+ Card”, but it now works wonderfully !
Love how easy and pain free it was to cancel my ticket! Wish changing seats didn’t require re-purchasing though!
I used the app from India before my trip to Paris. Well designed site and payment gateway options. Very clearly stated Cancellation/Change policies. Tickets bought from other sources can easily be imported..
We’ve been booking through the app and the website says 2016. The improvements have always been helpful happily we have not had any errors or problems with our tickets when we buy in the United States and then collect them in Paris. so far I love the app it’s easy to book easy to find my trains and then review and decide what routes and times to take. well done to the SNCF staff!
What about adding an icon on the train app that let’s you know if bikes are allowed or not?

Easy to understand. (English version). Easy to navigate and make reservation. Also extremely easy to make changes and get refunds.
Very good, makes travel easy. Wish it had a map though.
My wife and I needed to make a change in our train destination and departure times. The SNCF Apo made it easy and calculated the cost difference!

Il est dommage que l’application ne puisse pas fonctionner avec des numéros de téléphones étrangers (au moins pas opérationnel pour les téléphones US)
Good app but as of oct 18, it is not possible to generate the travel justification. Does not work on iPad app either.

I like the UI and was able to add my voyage using a QR code, but I was unable to add it using a reference number. Attempting to “Access My Trip” from the confirmation email brought me to a blank page.
I am 67 years old and was able to do advance reservations for train travel in France before arriving in the country. I created a profile and had no difficulty paying for my tickets! Smooth.

Ce serait plutôt bien d’ajouter une double confirmation lors de la saisie de l’adresse mail. Je me suis trompé d’adresse mail du coup je nai pas reçu la confirmation de ma reServation.
Ok I never write reviews on apps but this app is seriously user friendly and so simple yet not boring.. it’s a perfect balance
Everything is in the title. SNCF, a (partly) public company, should not participate in planned obsolescence, i.e. by forcing people to use the last version of iOS
You want to get a train ticket quickly? Go to the website! Here you HAVE TO update the 90MB maybe each month (no warning, and after you've entered all the details for nothing). How about do like all other apps do??

Many of your customers are not French. Is there an English version of the app?
App on iPhone does not accept any form of USA telephone number and prevents completion of purchase. I tried on my iPad Oui App and +1 number was already displayed and accepted so purchase was completed on iPad.
This is an excellent resource to relieve the stress of foreign travel and tight schedules!
Easy to use. I made my reservation on my laptop. Then I was used the app to find and import the reservation to my iPhone. Very fast and simple.
Clear and does the job. Accepts USA based Visa card on top of France Visa.
Nice app, pitty it does not remember the card details and we have to enter them all the time, otherwise great

The app is expecting only French mobile phone numbers. A lot of customers are international or French people leaving abroad. Please make the update.

Easy and simple but had trouble charging my credit card and there’s no way to prepay my large baggage.
There seems to be a problem getting the eTicket to do the wallet. When I go to do this my screen just freezes up and goes blank.?
Sometimes confusing when adding a companion it looks like you are adding more people’s than you are.

I open this app once a month and every time I want to do something I get an error message and forces me to update the app. Don’t be in a rush to do something when this happens. Quite frustrating.
Print out your tickets on paper because these inept morons are still limping into the 21st century.
