Useful tool for keeping me informed on what’s going on at my daughter’s school
This a great source of information and communication channel between the school and the parents. I can count on ParentSqare to find out about the latest events, notifications and best of all I can count on my son’s teachers to help me or keep me updated on my sons needs, behavior or progress. I can inform them of any situation at home if necessary. I could say not all the teacher return the message, but I am sure they read them at some point. The one that counts will always stay in touch with yo
Super simple app. I have two kids in the same school, primary. User friendly.
I love it because it is so organized and it lets me see what is happening in my children’s school
The notifications never clear! Super annoying!
What can I say it’s the best. 👍🏽 I Love, Love, Love it !!!! 😁
I speak Spanish and English I also read it but I don’t see an option to translate stuff to English when it’s in Spanish. If there can be an option to change language not just from English to Spanish but in general thank you
Currently if you start a room chat you can’t add or take off participates. Instead you have to start a whole new chat. This is tedious. Would be nice if this could function like a phone or what’s app chat so we can make edits easily.
I really like this parent square communication platform. It is reliable, practical and provides real-time information and updates.
Good luck with you guys good
I’m not going to
I really like the app because I was able to monitor my children 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
Enjoy having info needed upfront and being able to contact teacher or staff directly. The only thing I don’t care for is I get messages for all 3 Ansonia schools when only need the one school. That’s my only complaint. Other than that it’s a very useful tool.
Thanks you all for your support.
Very helpful for active parents ! My child does a great job with homework etc.. but this app also reminds busy parents like me myself, of certain events and lots of other useful information.
This app really needs to allow users a way to unsubscribe from irrelevant and unwanted notifications. The sheer volume of notifications I receive, that have absolutely no relevance to my child or importance to our family, is ridiculous and makes the required use of this app a major annoyance.
I’m so satisfied by the school. All the staff are excellent. Top notch. Thanks to the principal. And Sandra who works front desk is so super special she is extremely friendly and always has a professional attitude please mention this to her. It’s hard to find a great employee like her. My best wishes to all the staff 5 stars tells it all. I am very great full. Thankyou Rosevelt
Is there a way to know everything that is going all at school top down and includes a way to communicate w your kids teachers, share updates and photos and house all this under one roof easy to find , update and be alerted to? Parent Square is the app all the other like apps wish they built
This has a been a great way for me to manage 3 schools in one district. I can chat with any teacher, get weekly grades updates for my high schoolers, etc. however, my alerts will now not clear. I have 10 emails that have been seen, but won’t clear. Any suggestions???
I use this app for my kids’ school, like most on here. It’s been a really good app, decent UI, but the latest version is annoying since you can’t remove the notifications. They just keep stacking up. I’m about to delete the app because of this. Developers, please update to get rid of this bug!!
I love this app! I can see what’s going on with each kid at each school. You’re always getting notification’s about everything going on.
Nice to know everything
Great tool of communication between parents and schools. Could use updates to see when messages are read or opened. Also
I find it user friendly and helpful, I like to be notified, thanks
Needed this app for the longest time. Gets rid of paper reminders being sent home, that I wind up loosing 😆
It does the main thing. Allows you to communicate with teacher and check updates. No additional features really.
I’m a grandma & still getting the hang of this, but thanks! Grama CL
II absolutely love this app it saves everything get you right in touch with whoever you need to have to watch everything that’s happening with your child
Love this, I’ll receive an email and my husband receives texts letting us know that there’s a message in the Parentsquare app. We’ll get information before she walks through the door from school
This platform has been incredibly helpful and informative this year. I enjoy the convenient and organized communication with the teachers and school. Glad the District added it to the tools we have at our finger tips.
App does not honor notification settings. It will not stop sending text messages when it is disabled.
The latest update says it fixed the bug that closes the app when you add a phone number, but mine still closes. It also says I have the current version. I have deleted and reinstalled with no luck.
The best part of this app is the ability to see notifications quickly across all my kids schools. I love that they can send files and that I can view them through the app or download them as needed. ***At least, THAT is how it worked all last year. Now I can’t see pdf documents at all as a preview. I have to download them. It’s super annoying. Please fix this issue as I know I am not the only one. *** This app is so much better than a certain app that out school uses for assignments. The comm
It was good until they removed the messages on the bottom bar. I can’t access the messages between myself and the teacher anymore. All I get is a red icon on the side bar with the three lines and when I click it, it takes me to general posts by the school. No way to access messages.
App was working just fine till yesterdays update. Now I have to way to message teachers or read their messages
Viewing Email Message under Student Notices no longer works while in Dark Mode. And it’s too many steps to view the different areas for three kids and three schools.
I have kids at both elementary and high schools in the same district; communications are timely from the elementary school, but sporadic from the high school. I’ve noticed that the child profiles at these two levels are structured a little differently, and the one for my high schooler is more limited; maybe that’s why? I’m not sure if this is the fault of the district or the app, but it is frustrating and has resulted in multiple missed deadlines with the high school. Our district has only been
Is there away to filter out unwanted communications? We are inundated with athletic program updates and it’s too much. Other than that, app is pretty good.
