I love this app for studying. I’ve tried others but I feel I retain more using this app. The only critique I have, is I wish the audio was more human like. It’s really hard to listen to and retain what is being said when you are listening to a horrible choppy robotic voice. My mind wants to glaze over when hearing it.
Great app overall, I know that the app has been updated for 24E6, but I see some outdated information in some of the sections, specifically referring to EPRs and bullet writing when the air force has shifted to EPBs in narrative format, has the AFH not been updated yet to reflect these changes?
Amazing app for waps testing.
I made E-5 with the guides here. It works well and you only have to buy it once and you have it for your whole career.
Is the total of 1947 Questions for the E6 side of the app done on purpose to tie in with the year the USAF was founded??
TGreat App, it tracks my progress. Very good app to study for WAPS.
Great app and great practice tests. Definitely helps to have audio playing on my way to and from work and at work when I can. I just can’t control the audio at all remotely i.e. by my AirPods, by Bluetooth, or by control center in my phone. I HAVE to go to the app to pause, play, or skip. The audio doesn’t stop for ringtones, music, calls, or anything else.
I only have on request really. I’m sure a lot of people would like this idea as well. Please add a feature where we can shuffle the flash cards so that we can cover a wider range of questions/sections at one time. For example, on cdc mastery there’s a shuffle feature that’ll allow you to flip through all two hundred something flash cards which contain multiple chapters/sections all at once but in a random order. I hope I’m making sense. To simplify, jumble all the sections together and add a fea
The app has been updated for the 2024 cycle. The only thing it’s missing are situational examples that have been added the PDG portion of the WAPS test. Is this going to be added or how can it be accessed?
Audiobook helps me sleep
When’s the 2024 version coming out? The previous versions helped immensely and it’s time to start studying for the next cycle, but it’s not updated yet
My score went from 340 to 428. Highly recommended.
Hey, I hope the developers find a way to read all the emails or increase storage 😺.. I’ll leave a different review later ..
Apps was working fine but after updating to 9.0.1 it just stop working and it wont open.
App works great on my iPhone but crashes and won’t even fully load on iPad.
Section 13B is not on the ADTC tab of the studying or testing portion. Update since I received a response: I’m stating that on the app when I try and study I do not see section 13B on the ADTC Tab when I have it under AFH 1 for reviewing or testing. I’m not saying it needs to be removed. I stating that I should be able to see in different sections of the app not just one
Used this when I was TDY. I made tech this year and couldn’t be happier. This is a good tool. Obviously you have your phone all the time looking at Facebook and whatnot. Use this whenever you want to study but don’t want to pull the big paper PDG out. For real you can make it if you fry.
I enjoy the app. Having the ability to do slides or flashcards is great however, I would change the audio feature capability. It is too robotic.
Overall good study tool. I learn way better from listening by audio but the voice is just terrible. All the other parts of the app are great and I’d still recommend. A more soothing and less robotic janky voice would be awesome. The voice just makes it difficult to listen to for long periods of time without being annoyed by it.
I have never really taken studying serious until I discovered this app. The conveyance and intelligence algorithm is unmatched in helping you learn. Highly recommend over all competitors.
The app and all they ways to study are great. I would have given a complete 5 star if only the audio studying was just a little bit better. The very generic monotone computer voice just isn’t great. It would be so much better is their was some way to get a person to read the information like a audio book that would be way better.
Great app design, extremely user friendly, and has helped immensely with keeping me on track to study. My only complaint is the audio. I adjusted the voice to the recommended speakers but the speed of voice jumbles sentences. If this could be fixed in my phone settings, I need to figure out how. If not, this would be my recommended improvement for the app.
All and all, a great app for studying! I think an improvement would be to creat a study plan based on when your test date is. For example: Teat date is 1 March 2023, the app would generate a recommended reading, slide deck, and exam questions based on how many days you have until your test date to bring you through all the material. I think this could really benefit people when studying.
According to the most recently published handbook, DAF is comprised of the secretariat, HAF, and HSF. Going through the questions, the “correct answer on the app is HAF and HSF.
It’s an awesome app and helps so much with so much useful information. But imma go ahead and give it 3 stars cause it’s my third time testing for staff and I still ain’t make it 😏
There are WAY too many gotcha questions. Half the answers are all synonyms of the same buzzword.
Study every section, test with instant feedback, review missed questions, read the book for your worst sections. If you do this it is impossible not to promote.
Made Staff AND Tech first time using this bad boy. Just go to the Test portion -> ADTC(formerly MKTS) and answer the quizzes one by one. It all pays off. No need to look for other books or apps out there. This is the ONE.
I’m missing sections in my app, the entire *A sections are gone.
Going through the physical pdg and the app and highlighting answers. I’m finding quite a few discrepancies in the app compared to the actual book. This could really hurt someone’s promotion if they are solely depending on the app to study.
Great App, it tracks my progress. Very good app to study for WAPS.
When are you going to have the Staff study material. Ive had to app for a while now and its still not updated
Great app but I noticed that there are chapters missing between the app on my iPhone and iPad. I have the same 2021-2023 version on both. I’ve even deleted and downloaded again. Same problem.
This app was great. I scored really high on my PTG. I would change the listen to a better AI force to make the listening experience more fluent
Studied and listened to all chapters. Took all the tests. Put on tech! Easy stuff…
The format is good. However, There are 2,077 slides of info for a 100 question test. It doesn’t narrow anything down helpfully. Things that sound the most important end up not being on the test at all, rendering note taking almost useless.
Great App overall, however, if you are testing for TSgt this year, it is outdated. Revert to the EPRRC until this app is updated to reflect the new material. For example, the sections do not align with the testing material.
Good app but needs to be updated with the 2021-2023 study guide
Just curious when the new update will be. Love using this app.
When will the App be updated to the 2022 AFH?
Great source to study on the fly. Easy to use.
Found certain chapters that are current per recent Air Force updates such as some of the dress and appearance standards that were changed many months prior.
Made Staff AND Tech first time using this bad boy. Just went to the Test portion -> ADTC(formerly MKTS) and answered the quizzes one by one. It all pays off. No need to look for other books or apps out there. This is da MVP.
I said I would write a review when I got promoted and well that time has finally come. I finally made SSgt with the help of this app. It’s a great study tool if you want to do better than your peers.
This update they just did made this app ten times easier to read and use to study. I appreciate y’all for looking out and helping us Airmen. And good luck to the Airmen seeing this and looking to promote.
