To be honest I personally wasn’t happy with the grooming, but they did give me 50% off, which was great!!!! Plus I already had a percentage off so it all worked out!!! Also they’re always super nice to my Elvis boy !

I was in and out in five minutes. I ordered in the parking lot that took advantage of the savings for the online ordering in the pick up. As I’m online, the manager is telling one of his people to pick up my bag and I already had it in my hand.

The app is wonderful I just wish that there was an option to filter tank sizes by gallon and by brand simultaneously.

CS not able to remove “Default” making it unable to choose which CC you might want to use.

Makes ordering online for pickup easy and saves both time and money

They are very knowledgeable when it comes to your pet selection and knowledgeable with what it takes to keep your pet healthy

So glad I discovered the Petco app! Getting a discount for things I would buy if walking in makes it even better. My dogs love the Stella & Chewy products!

Petco online deals are definitely worth downloading the app. As mom, I love the ability to order curbside and not have to bring my family in…it’s definitely a time saver. The app tends to glitch a lot for me when searching and selecting single cans of food though. Customer service is very helpful though!

App crashes constantly and is very slow and buggy. I’ve been using this app for 3 years and it has not gotten one bit better. It freezes and crashes so much while trying to order that I could drive to the store and get it quicker than using the app to order, You would figure that a big company in todays tech time would have at least attempted to fix the issues. Love you Petco but your app is horrible…ps the website isn’t much better

It’s easy to find items in the website

So Phresh paper pellet cat litter works great for my cats. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a no dust litter. This litter doesn’t make crumbs all over the house like clay litter does. It also is better for cats too!!

I love using this App! It make it so easy to use my rewards. I also placed my first delivery order and I was able to apply my discounts without a any issues.

I appreciate all of the discounts & perks that I get on my Vital Care Premier membership. I have 2 standard poodles that love the Merrick brand canned dog food. My standard poodles are groomed at the Plano TX Petco location on West 15th street . Alex is a wonderful groomer!

I’ve had to delete and download the app again and I still cannot access my grooming appointments. Is there a problem with the app? I have to go to the actual website to manage my grooming appointments. Although it’s not difficult to this, it’s still an inconvenience and defeats the purpose of having the app.

Having trouble set up grooming appointment, seems easy to select options but moving onto next tab after selecting breed and inputting birthday and pet name. Love shopping at the store but would like to book grooming appointment so my dog can get a special treatment once a month 4 stars for now, until we get the grooming page figured out, 5 stars after the change. Help me out please!! Lol Thank you

Petco provides good quality materials that are friendly to all pets of all sizes.

I kept trying to order and then you get to check out and is says one item you selected for shipping! I put for delivery and I had to delete and go out of the app 4 or 5 times! They should put at the beginning if you want delivery or shipping and then continue on for shopping that would help.

The app is really slow and consistently wrong on inventory. It offers 10% off pickup orders of $50 or more but states things are out of stock. When I get to the store, they’re definitely stocked on the items. It also says there’s items in stock but when my order is placed I only receive partial due to inventory. It’s great to see what Petco carries and deals but overall is awful. Every time I order I have to shut the app down multiple times just to get one order placed.

I haven’t ordered my dog’s food in several months as it had been out of stock for that long. This is frustrating considering I buy dog food with Petco to take advantage of the reward for a free bag of dog food and have not been able to take advantage of that due to out of stock issues.

Doesn’t let you delete your pets. Super glitchy. Customer service is a bunch of dumb slow people with HEAVY accents. Shouldn’t be this difficult to provide customer service. Fix your IT issues & hire better people please.
