Excellent app
As a long time digital hoarder, I am constantly struggling with keeping my digital assets organized. My browser bookmarks have long since devolved into a mess of folders and sub-folders that literally manifest physical anxiety any time I try ti find something. Pile has an awesome interface that promotes the initial categorization and tagging of items BEFORE they are saved. This makes all the difference for me. Thanks for a great app with a clean user interface and an incredibly helpful end res
Just installed this and it shows I have: 5 Links 22 Images 3 Notes None of which are shown in the macOS or iOS apps. I've tried deleting all iCloud storage for the app, and within iCloud storage management itself, yet they remain. Is this bugged?
Pretty good I hope the development keeps going!
They are really fast now, insanely so compared to last update. Had been using app, but can actually be THE go to bookmarker with a couple more tweaks. Great job. Now please have an option for a more professional folders style. Without cards sticking out of wavy buckets, simply solid folders with names. Thank you. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five stars, can’t leave a review and press stars for some reason.
I went through some initial sync issues between the iPhone app & the macOS app, but after reaching out to the developer I was offered some workarounds and the issues are essentially nonexistent nowadays after the most recent app updates. ***The creator of the Pile app is really responsive, helpful, and we should all be so grateful that they created such a useful & intuitive app for the iPhone world! But seriously.. this one is worth the download.
It's not full of stars!
If getting involved with an app during its early experimental stages when it’s sort of a dream, come true for many of us who want a lot and for it to look gorgeous on top of that. This app is the dream and it has a way to go, but just the last three months it’s gone from constantly crashing and unusable and still loving it to opening again while I’m paid for it and it has been fixed up a lot I’m gonna stick by these guys.
LOVE how easy it is to save and organize all my stuff - notes, pics, links, etc. THANK YOU!!!! ❤️🙌
The new folders feature is great, I just wish it would preview more of the thumbnails rather than showing a big folder icon. Some of the marketing images have a grid-style "folder" and that would be perfect. When clicking an image, it makes a popup view that is ok, but I wish it had a way to click "next" to see the next image in the folder. Or a way to swipe between images. Very promising future, and the dev is adding new features which is good to see. If it can apply the requests from the oth
Been looking for an app of this type that "checks all the boxes". Pile seems be a good fit. I would like to see Pile added as a service/extension for Airmail, so you can quickly save an email, as with Evernote.
This app is the pinnacle of organization despite a quick, scattered day. It’s fast, it gathers everything, and it presents it in such a user friendly way. With this app I’m starting to feel like my phone is truly becoming part of my brain because I can’t live without it!
I always needed somewhere to save my bookmarks other than Safari so this is exactly what I was looking for! The one suggestion that I would like to make is I want the ability to look all the bookmarks as a list not as a thumbnail. That maybe would save some iCloud storage by reducing images and easier to find what I need.
The app we’ve all been waiting for.
I’m glad that the developer decided to make one universal app instead of the fragmented approach before. I look forward to more features to better justify the price. The app is well designed and sync functions seamlessly.
After fixing the bug for previously users that bought the app, I changed my review for 5 stars. It is great now! Thanks to the developer to fix this issue!
I use it mainly to organize and save posts from Reddit. It works way better and is much simpler than pocket. I highly recommend it!
This will help so much, specially when you’re a student or doing any kind of research!
I’m a serial link hoarder and can’t let go of stuff. But organizing feels like a chore. Pile lets me dump things into thematic buckets and search them easily, AND get a quick visual scan of my stuff instead of a text list. Awesome stuff.
I really would love to use this for bookmarks but it’s missing two critical features. 1. Bookmark import from your browser. 2. Firefox and chrome extensions
Definitely would be willing to pay for this
This is the best app for bookmarking all sorts of files, videos, pictures. Pls make this available for MacOS and Apple TV.
The app will at least open now so that’s good. Still no response from the dev at all which is not good. Unfortunately, the app is a complete mess as there are white cards stating “loading shared card” everywhere! Folders I had meticulously curated with content are ruined. Entire contents lost (yes, iCloud sync is on) I’m really rooting for Pile but it’s gotta get back to being a reliable, stable app or all this social stuff being added is useless. Focus on the app core functionality please. Tha
Emailed the developer twice but no response! Stay away from this unreliable app.
It crashes, doesn't sync, sharing does not wowoek
