Great app!

Hard to believe how complete this app is. In addition to interpreter\compiler, provides many sophisticated IDE features and many great examples. Provides a great Python development environment for iOS.

Almost great

I don't do heavy duty coding, but I need to be able to run some simple python scripts from shortcuts... and this app does it. Unfortunately, triggering those shortcuts via my Apple Watch seems to cause the result of the shortcut to hang. The shortcut seemingly completes, but leaves the shortcut looking as though it's "in process" for quite a long time. What gives?

👀 Support for LLMs?

Can you provide support for llms? Or find a way to download OpenAI as a package?

Perfect for ipad

Amazing app for creating quick scripts. Doesn’t have pip but you can implement your own modules.

Most useful app on my iPhone

It is simply incredible just how much this app expands the customizability of iOS. I am extremely grateful this app exists!! However, I did notice that the REPL example is incredibly bugged, so I fixed it to essentially be a Python console right in the PyKeys keyboard. Let me know if anybody has any use for it, I will upload it to GitHub if so!

Transformed how I use my iPad

Just picked this up a few days ago to explore and found it to be a blast! Making custom UIs working with pandas data reading/writing json. Quick to learn and great documentation. It is really opening up a space for me to use my iPad in new creative ways - thank you! Question: If I wanted to take a directory with my scripts and resources and bundle the current Pythonistas tool inside my own App for distribution on the App Store --- is this doable? I found some templates for Python 2 but ha

Awesome

I really love this App, one of my favorite apps on IPad.

Great App!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ I’m learning how to code..

Great App!! I’m learning how to code.. I feel this is the most complete app in the store. Thank you!😊

Good

Update py version and support pip please!

Support is back!!!

I’ve used pythonista for about a year now, and I have to say, using python3.6 isn’t that bad. However, the dev is back, bringing pyyhon3.10 and adding pandas. So excited for this, as I hate Pyto’s ui

Take Python with you everywhere!

I have desktop Python, but this is the one I prefer to use.

Great App! Highly recommend it.

It’s python with libraries for mobile applications. What’s not to love?

Great IDE

This is great for Python development and learning on an iPad.

need help

I love the app but am having trouble opening a .txt file. The path I am using is ('⁨⁩⁨⁨On My iPad⁩ / ⁨Pythonista 3⁩/pi_digits.txt') . The traceback says no such file or directory. The path is from the app “File”. Can you help

I have loved this app so much and for so long…

I am literally giving it 5 stars now because I fear it will be pulled from the AppStore soon and I wanted to show my gratitude for such a great tool one last time. Yeah, it runs python 3.6, but it is still the best python editor on the AppStore! Ole… come back to us. Just give us 1 more update 🙇🏻‍♂️. Or publish a new app instead of an update. We will all gladly buy this amazing app once more 👍🏼.

Moving dots flickering on Turtle

I am trying to run a turtle program that open a window with a dot moving across the screen, but the dot flickers as it moves across the screen instead of moving smoothly and without cutting in and out. The code is not the problem, I tried running it on other compilers and I did not experience the same problem. Maybe this app runs an older version of turtle?

Python Programming Anywhere, Anytime

Lean mean programming machine. I have no idea how I got along without it. Enough said.

Great Buy, definitely worth it

Great buy. Definitely worth it. Python version is stuck at python 3.6. I’d definitely pay for an upgrade to python 3.9 or 3.10. Love the UI.

Love the app

Hey your documentations link certificate is expired.

abandonware
