I do very much like this game. Although it is not exactly like real life being a landlord it just a a very good game. All of the ads that you see on TikTok or wherever you have found this game will not be lying but those stages will not happen until you level up. Right now I am at level 6 and I have new couple apartments which means 2 tenants and a bigger apartment. You will not just get to buy houses but also stores. Overall this is a good game for if you are bored or have nothing to do. Hope t

For those who need to have two things going on at once, this game is great. There is a lot of ad watching, but only if you want to.

This is my first review which says a lot as I’m writing this lol. I downloaded this game in its early stages and I’m so glad to see how much it’s grown. Each property gets better after the first one, especially the pets! What caught my attention was the cute art style for the environments and tenants so whoever was involved with that did a great job! I can’t wait to see what’s next in the future! :D Thank you developers!!

The game is very addicting I need my sleep really bad at the game makes the day go by faster and it does help with my anxiety

I enjoy playing it however there are some bugs. My clinic isn't serving anyone. no one can enter. I have two tasks involving the clinic which makes them impossible to complete.

Love this game just started yesterday. I am at level 4 it is hard to get employees in the game for upgrading because it is a lot of money just to higher employees. It is a fun game still

It’s a really fun game but I do have a few ideas that i thing would help out, one of which is making a collect all button on the to do list to collect all of the rewards since we can’t. Another idea is to make notifications within the game of things that will need to be done, and before they need to happen. Like a notification the dynamo will be need to be repaired. I love this game and I’m currently on level 24 and near the 25th.

This game says my wifi is bad when the man come to give money but when he comes to give diamonds my wifi is suddenly on. Other then that this game is fun u get paid rent you get more money by listing to peoples story’s and all that, buttttttt if you say the wrong thing to peoples story’s they will move and you will loose a little money

I absolutely loved this game. It was fun and interesting, a great way to relax. Sadly, I’ve been stuck on level 36 for a week. I hope this is fixed soon

Why did the update change where I put thing? Like my market and laundry and diner aren’t in the places I built them. If you didn’t want us to put them in a spot we wanted then don’t make it that way. It’s not fun when you come back and things are rearranged completely different from where you built them.

This game is addictive! I love trying to max everything out and the different designs and ppl!

Okay so I love this game, it’s so fun and I’ve been playing it nonstop. You only get ads if you choose to watch them for rewards which is awesome, but I do have some complaints about the ads. First, sometimes I have to watch an ad 2 or 3 times to get the reward which is annoying. Second, obviously nobody is forcing me to watch the ads but the minute long Royal Match ads are a bit excessive. Again, I love this game and highly recommend playing.

First off i love this game when I’m not busy. I played everyday when i first got it but now i hardly play it. I’m on level 33 and there is nothing left to do. The new update also took away the option to buy from Cashdaddy. Hopefully the new update is better

I really love this game! I’ve already completed the three cities and I’m currently working on getting all of the new landmarks. But I’d really like for y’all to add another city soon!

Love the game, this is one of the only games I’ve downloaded through a tiktok ad that actually looked the same as the AD. The fun is effortless, but I have one complaint, audio doesn’t work for me at all. It isn’t an issue with my phone since this is the only game it happens with

I really like the game, but I just finished the beach suburb and I don’t understand why I can’t use the money from that community to help build the next community. Other than that it really is a great game!

Good game but there are a few problems. For one it brings your ratings down for no reason, people who don’t live in my apartment are rating it badly. But otherwise it’s pretty girl boss

I like it but it takes a lot of time to progress so if you want a fast paced game then this isn’t the right one

really starting to enjoy this game but once you unlock the third apartment building the game becomes incredibly laggy. the game also eats away at your battery charge. i’d like to keep playing but at this point i can’t. i think there should be a pause button implemented, or something in settings that can give you the option to lower the graphics, maybe make it so you can sometimes view the complex without the citizens, because i’m sure they’re what’s causing the lag. just some food for thought

When I open the game, half of the time I don’t get the option to claim my income and when I watch the ads to double the income when it does show up it simply does not work. I still get the income boost via diamond bonus but not the main money. All other ads worth most of the time. Love the game otherwise better than most on the App Store. Would love this to be fixed in the next update so it’s easier to play.

I'm really enjoying this game. I have a few suggestions that would make the game better, one of them being adding a "Demand" tab to show how many clients demand dinner, laundry, etc. Another thing that should be added is a profit-to-worker ratio to not overhire employees.Another thing I wanted to add was the option to pay to take ads permanently off, not just for 30 days, with the offline management.

It wont even allow me to go up to level 9 when everything is at 100 percent and i have every store apartment etc its very annoying and ive been trying for days to get it up pls fix it

I really love this game, and the only issue I have is that residents in the couple apartments can only be a guy and a girl. I know it’s minor, but it would be nice to have it be random.

I paid for the manager where I get rent collected for 12 hours offline because I’m at a stage in the game where getting 100% room satisfaction is pretty pricey. But whenever I use my manager to collect money while I’m offline it only collects about 10% of what I make when I’m in game. I don’t understand why this is & I wouldn’t have paid for that if I knew that would be the case.

I love the game. It’s so much fun, but can some of the couples be gay? It would just make me more attached to the characters and actually make me care about their problems.

I have enjoyed playing this game…when i can actually advance on it. I feel like it’s too slow. Ive had it for maybe a little over a month and i feel as if i can only buy a few things when i get on because everything is expensive and i dont make the money back that fast. The concept is great and i love the art. I just feel that items shouldn’t cost as much as they do

Ok overall game is fantastic, just got to level 7 and now the game won’t collect my money when I’m not on the app which is really disappointing hoping this is gunna be fixed soon!! I love the game a lot!

I love I don’t have to spend my real money to enjoy a game and the game isnt ruined by ads! Ofc you can watch ads for incentives (good ones at that) so I don’t mind watching them for gameplay! I love the graphics, concept, may consider it my favorite simulator :) since I play it everyday now

For a mobile game that has ads, I love it! I actually stayed up late playing it and trying to level everything up. It's a good time consuming game and a great game to help boredom.

I LOVE THIS GAME!! Genuinely so easy to get started and understand. You basically just get continuous free currency by watch hbu the ads and to be fair I don’t mind them so it’s really great. I love the art style too and the little details so it’s 10/10 aesthetically speaking.

Ok, to start off I love the game, I watch the ads on purpose, but the ads for this game are inappropriate! For a game rated for kids 4+ there are some curse words in the game and the ads have people stripping down! There needs to be moderation on the ads. I’m disappointed in the creators

I think when decorating your own home you should be able to turn the furniture in every direction. only being able to rotate it in two directions makes it hard to figure out how to make it fit correctly and sometimes it doesn't make sense with the other furniture the way its facing.

I really enjoy playing the game however, I wish you could zoom out a lot further than the distance the game allows. It‘s stays so up close which makes it hard to navigate around the screen because you have to constantly keep scrolling to get to another part of the map.

I don’t write reviews but I wanted to write one for this game! I like this game, you can get a lot done without spending any money! You can just watch videos and it gives you a lot of money, which is very helpful because things in the game are so expensive. There aren’t any ads mid game, nothing they just pops up while you’re working luckily. The ads you can watch to get money aren’t very long either. I just wish that there were more different looking characters :( I hate having the same looking
