Great idea, horrible user interface
I simply want to start GPS directions to Bear Mountain from Brooklyn using a scenic route. The interface is super tedious to do something so simple. I know this app can do it, but I wish it was as one-tap straightforward as Google Maps or Apple Maps.
Love it, but…..
I love the planning and the app works pretty good, but the lack of support for family sharing is going to stop me continuing my subscription. Other apps of equal quality like Inroute support family sharing.
Learning App
So far, so good.
Needs to integrate with CarPlay better
Needs to integrate between the app and CarPlay better. Also loading BDR GPX files doesn’t always work well either.
Nice try
This app is ok, but the ui is weird. It works with my bike, which is why I have it, but man! I wish they had thought about the ui a bit more.
Trackin memories
What an awesome way to plan track and share your rides

Great navigation app
User friendly and Greta for planning routes for rides
Best of the best
I’m enjoying this application and I get to save all my rides.
The Best
REVER is the best! Great app and concept. I did forget about signing up for the 6 month free trial until I was charged for an annual membership. They promptly got back to me and refund the membership. Unheard of, these guys are honest
Great route planner
Tracking the route is cool, but being able to plan a route in advance is way cooler. Since figuring out how to make it work, this has been my go to application for planning rides in areas I’ve never been before. The integration with Butler maps and BDR routes is phenomenal. Turn by turn directions is trash. I’ll only use Google maps for that. But following a GPS route works great.
Best GPS app ever.
Are used to use Garmin software to map my routes, but I now use REVER . It is so easy to find great roads and the app works great on the bike.

Several Issues Unfortunately
1) Why is the default in turn-by-turn navigation to turn off my screen after ~5 minutes? I need my screen to see the turns ahead! 2) If you map a rout using the app then use turn by turn navigation, rather than telling you left or right ahead, it just tells you when you’re approaching a waypoint. I don’t care about the waypoints I use to create the route, I just want to know the left and right turns to get there. 3) Where in the world is the “settings” menu buried in this app? For the life of m
Pro doesn’t work
Most of the pro features don’t work. Just use the free version. Then use google maps for the rest
33% Subscription Increase? No thanks
I’ve been using this app for three years. It has it uses and its frustrating quirks. I just learned that the subscription fee is increasing by 33%. At $30 a year I put up with the shortcomings in order to support the continued development of a promising App. Unfortunately, the features and stability have not improved enough to justify the new annual fee of $40. I’m planning to switch to onX when my REVER subscription expires in November.
