It’s helpful for reviewing before the exam. All questions are quick and in a DIFFERENT FORMAT then exam. It’s still nice but it really is just a quizlet app that is organized for APUSH by categories of each topic. one annoying thing is it doesn’t save your score after leaving a section. Only a few bugs.
To be honest, it is quite simple. Just a multiple choice quiz for many topics about US History. However, it includes additional information when you don't choose the correct answer. I like it and I'd recommend if you want to quickly learn. Obviously, this isn't meant for everyone. $1.99 isn't a lot for just a few quizzes. I'd appreciate looking at study guides or lists to help one understand what happens in certain periods.
A lot of people give this app a hard time because they think it’s meant to give stimulus based questions, but it’s not. However, it is perhaps the most useful tool I had for the exam since it helped me identify what time periods I needed to brush up on #letsgetthisbread
Tom Richey has by far the best resources on the Internet! Romulus US 10/10
Romulus is a nice and simple app that is easy to use and fun for students to play and review on the go. My students were interested when I showed them how to use it. Overall, a great tool for students and teachers alike!
This is one of the best review apps out there. Definitely worth the $5.99. It is really good to review concepts and divides the questions into different eras on the test.

Romulus is a really quick and easy app to review information. I definitely recommend downloading it.
My students SRQs have improved from using this app! It's a must!
As an AP teacher, I'm always looking for new ways to help my students review. This App does an outstanding job of helping students prepare for the AP US exam and I highly recommend it.
This app is helpful for students reviewing for the APUSH exam because it's written by an experienced (and current) APUSH teacher. I recommend it!
The app is great for exposing you to tons of different multiple choice questions, but it lacks the function of telling you why the answer you picked was wrong.
There are good questions but it doesn't let you go back and look at what you missed and from which time period or what not. It's just not worth the money when there are other apps for better.
This app really has helped me review the curriculum by asking many trivia questions. This was a great way for me to find out what I didn't quite know and truly made me feel prepared for the exam as a great study tool.
This app helped me so much and and it got me a five on the AP exam!!!!!!!! GET THIS APP
I graduated high school a very long time ago, but Romulus has improved my jeopardy game exponentially!! Thanks Romulus!
Wish the app could receive DBQ questions to answer. Or just sample questions for APUSH students. Great for keeping up in class
This app would be maybe worth $.99 but Even then i wouldnt buy again. Its just practice questions that miss out on a ton of major topics.
Honestly the questions are pretty irrelevant sometimes and they're not styled like the APUSH tests. It makes you try every answer until you get the right one and it has random trivia about unimportant people or events. Def. not worth $5. :(
I don't like how it links you to a wikipedia page when you get it wrong
This app asks very arbitrary and trivia-like questions, nothing like what is on the AP exam. Not worth 5 dollars AT ALL, and the layout doesn't lend itself to actual learning or studying. Avoid this one and learn from the book or review books.
There are so many typos! This is supposed to be a useful source but instead it says that WWI started when WWII did. Along with many other issues. Please fix the typos so I can learn actual facts.
Decent app because it gives you information if you get it wrong but I was expecting better. It’s very similar to quizlet but quizlet is free therefore BETTER. Just use quizlet don’t waste your money it’s not that good!!!
