Can’t sign into app Just keep getting CSRF failed

The app works great and I’ve never had an issue. The one thing i’d complain about and would love to see is the ability delete or archive messages. I’ve tried everything possible and they make it impossible to get rid of past/historical messages. Seriously folks do an upgrade…

The app charges you a support fee but each “Rover” is an independent contractor that sets their own rules and the app provides no support when those rules are illogical or unreasonable. The service itself is good and I’ve had some great sitters, but the app needs some serious work. It’s glitchy as heck. First, it somehow keeps going through my photo album and adding photos of other people’s dogs to my dogs profile. I have to keep going in and removing them, which then brings up another annoyance. Every time I update my dog’s profile, it makes me change my adoption date. It says the date must be after the birth date (duh) which it is, but it makes me change it anyway to somethin

Hi this feels like the only way to communicate with rover support properly, my walks have not been recording my distance. I have it up to date, it has location services on full allow but its been showing no distance for the walks I do. This has been happening consistently please fix the bug

This is my fifth time booking with Miranda through the Rover app, and she’s truly amazing. She’s sweet, communicates so well, and always takes great care of Leo. I’ve never had any issues, and I’m so happy I found her on this app. Very grateful and happy so far!

I’ve had problems for months with the calendar feature. It’s slow and glitchy when I need to adjust my availability for certain dates, freezing when I need to scroll down to dog walking. At time I’ll update multiple days at once and the changes I made do not save so I have to go back and change each day manually - it’s really frustrating and time consuming

I experience with R&R was great. Sophie was my sitter for my little dog. Reah I was very happy. The house was clean. She sent me pictures. Let me know how my dogs night was going because it was her first time with the sitter I was very pleased with Sophie. I would recommend Sophie to anyone.

I have had an amazing time using Rover as sitter so far. I’ve used it since August of 2022 & I’ve become a star sitter since then. I am one of the top sitters in my area & I only have one complaint. When you set your schedule/availability in advance you can only say if you are available or not available for a whole entire day. If I could change one thing it would be so I could make my availability more specific, have it so I can set things hour by hour. It would make it easier for me & for my cl

I am a sitter and I recently missed a drop in visit. I found that there are zero notifications or reminders for visits and absolutely no one reached out telling me the visit was missed besides the customer. Due to human nature, I think there should be reminders for visits for the sake of the animals safety. I made a huge mistake but I feel that this could possibly be avoided in the future with reminders/notifications.

I’m a dog sitter in the app, but I also have two dogs of my own. The app is very confusing and almost impossible to use once you activate yourself as a sitter on the app. The calendar page only allows you to mark your availability as a dog sitter, but as a dog owner, I then can’t use the calendar to find a dog sitter that’s available on a certain date via the calendar. The app truly becomes more difficult to use as a dog owner once you become a dog sitter.

Good app for animal care.Easy & clear to use. I would give a 5 star rating if there was a suport phone line.

It is a very user friendly, pet parent friendly, and overall a “warm and fuzzy” site I feel comfortable using. I hope my pets feel the same about Rover.

Calendar needs to be detailed

Rover has been a blessing. It convenient & helpful to read reviews & repeat customers. Alix has been the perfect sitter for our fur baby. She has kept me posted with photos and updates as well as accommodating with my schedule. Will definitely use her again.

A fun and easy way to make a little extra cash! I’ve done walks, boarding and house sitting, and all of my experiences have been great.

I love that Rover brings me new customers but I wish that people couldn’t send me requests when I am clearly marked unavailable and I wish that I could block customers if I no longer wish to watch their dog(s). Sure I can say no but I would prefer a block feature. Also Rover takes 20% which is way too much. Luckily I have some clients that were personal referrals so they didn’t find me through Rover

We ve had a luck with Rover vetted dog walkers. It can be tricky to modify a recurring event. With that said credits have come through where appropriate.

I am so happy that my pup, Layla, is being taken care of by Shakeena. I have no worries at all that she is having the best time. Shakeena talks to her all the time and is so loving. Couldn’t have a better caregiver for my dog! All the photos and videos she sends are wonderful!

Loved all the sitters we have used in AZ and FL. Especially for caring for our Cosmo and his senior needs. It’s been a stress relief and a blessing. However app wise would love to be able to contact sitter without having to set a date especially when asking if could care for senior dog(s) with special needs. Would also like to be able to confirm booking and pay later option. I need to book in advance for sitter’s dates (availability) but when booking several dates in advance I don’t want to pay

It's a good app except for the holiday rates, it would be nice to be able to select which days I consider holiday rate worthy. Also, it's hard to delete requests that I don't book. Seems like all I can do is archive, but I'm not sure what that does.

The only way to schedule boarding is to send a request to the sitter and then wait for a response. How hard would it be to have the sitter block dates they don’t have capacity and then not suggest those sitters if they aren’t available on the dates you entered?

We have been doing Rover since May of 2022. We moved I to a house with a huge fenced in backyard and we thought we would try boarding other people’s dogs. Our kids have enjoyed having all the different dogs staying at our house and it is teaching them some good responsibility. The extra cash has come in handy around Christmas time and with unexpected expenses. Especially with the cost of things going up and up. For now we will continue to open our house through Rover.

I appreciate how customized the app is and that I can tweak any service, fee, or profile of dog that I care for. I only wish Rover did more to screen out flaky dog owners. I have received several booking requests and 4/5ths of the owners flake or never respond within a day. Very frustrating. Otherwise, great way to make some cash and meet new dogs!

Since I lost my dogs in 2019 and 2020 (I despise you, cancer) I started boarding and daycaring for dogs. And these last few years it’s very rare for our house to be empty. No lie that this new gig keeps me BUSY! I have met some most excellent dogs (lots of repeat business) and become friends with maybe 30% of the “parents.” Rover makes it so easy. To schedule meet-and-greets. To keep in contact with clients.

Kelly has been amazing! She does everything I ask and my puppy seems to really love her. She comes when she is scheduled.

Rover is an awesome way to support my love of helping people and spending time with pets!

Rover is easy to use and I do get clients frequently so that’s great! However, the fee that goes to Rover instead of me is not great. Besides that everything else is good on the app.

I dont like that people will request a service, and avoid the cancellation fee if they don't confirm booking a boarding request. They just cancel last minute without any repercussions. Then i find out the morning of that they’ve used someone else. There needs to be a mandatory confirmation for booking requests that I the sitter confirm if within my three day prior notice cancellation period. So that Im not waiting for them to confirm and then its the day of that i find out they arent even coming

Well so far my issues have been fixed with this app.

So I’ve used this app for years and I used to live in the city and it was super easy to get walkers and now I am in the suburbs and I do have walkers here and there but when I do need a walk it’s a hassle in a well known suburb… people say no a lot and don’t want to do it. Just hit or miss to be honest but it’s okay

The app should allow you to inquire only before booking dates. It would be nice to vet the sitters and phone screen them prior to booking actual dates. A lot of sitters tend to be flaky or non-responsive. In this case, you can’t cancel or delete the booking request.

Need help understanding how to accept work I’m getting inquiries, but I don’t understand how to accept. I’m texting them and tried calling one, no answer back yet, why?

I have found wonderful people on this site. My dog is my baby soooo to feel comfortable leaving him in the care of someone I trust is very important! I don’t know how Rover finds these great people but a big huge thank you!

Wish you could send/receive videos. It doesn’t seem to work

I take a lot of time reviewing each profile. I’ve only had excellent dog sitters. I also used to sit dogs and only had good experiences!

Search filters are minimal and don’t filter accurately. We’re left to pour through all of the profiles, reading through descriptions hoping to find a match. This is why I stopped using Rover to find in-home sitters. These additional filters would save pet parents hours in narrowing down the right fit: - experience with giant breeds - experience with working breeds - experience with primitive breeds - Better filters to find people who don’t work away from home and can be with pets full-time whil
