I've never left an app store review before, but this app was so excellent to use while traveling through Switzerland. It was extremely detailed, accurate, and very responsive. It's extremely well made and easily the best regional transit app I've seen--really excellent!

Needs an Apple Watch app. Would be so easy. Even if it just keeps the QR for purchased tickets in case the phone battery dies. Just do that.

Just spend a wonderful week traveling the Lake Geneva region of Switzerland & this app was the primary reason why we were able to see so much. The simple nav & efficient screen layouts allowed us to seamlessly connect from boats, metros, trains & buses. It was an essential resource every day & very dependable.

Throughout my trip in Switzerland, I was unsure of which tickets to book and when. The app has such wonderful user experience that so many times I was able to book tickets a minute or even few seconds before the train. Some apps work well. But this app works well and is very intuitive even in all the extreme use cases where I need to book things last minute and in a hurry. Enjoying the app

I’m a digital nomad so eSIMs like this are very important to me. Overall this is a great app/service except if you choose limited data, then after a certain amount of usage there’s some obvious and very very very heavy throttling suddenly gets applied, after which point data connectivity is slow slow it’s basically unusable. Would give it 6 stars out of 5 otherwise, but this throttling means it’s 3 stars

By far the best App to have for public transportation in Switzerland. Very accurate and timely. We used it for our 9 days travel and very impressed. Deserves 7 stars.

I was in Switzerland for 14 days and this app got me around the country with ease! It’s easy to use, updates to itineraries are timely. For example, I was getting a connecting train and the platform I needed to get ti was updated quickly so I made the connection! Really made the trip more enjoyable and took a lot of the travel stress away.

This is what you should get for Switzerland if you use public transportation. I am Swiss and only use this, from trains to boats to mountain cable cares this has you covered most of the time unless it is a privat cable car, which there are a few around in Switzerland. Cheers

Excessively hard to check past journeys when you have an active one (easyride)

This is the best transport app I’ve ever used and is so helpful for getting around town and tracking your journey between stops!

This app will get you around anywhere in Switzerland on point, you just tell it where to and that’s it.

This app takes all the stress and worry out of Swiss travel. Amazing accurate information and easy use. Loved. Even went the wrong way and was able to immediately buy a cable car ticket while holding up the line. Very pleased.

Been in Switzerland for a couple of days now and absolutely love everything about this app! Everything about it is superb: the time tables, the alerts, being able to buy tickets on the spot or ahead of time, maps of the stations that show you how to make a change, and showing you exactly where you are on your journey. I thought the apps for other train systems in Europe were good, but this one raises the bar to an entirely different level!

It blows my mind how good this app is. Finally everyone important got a seat at the app design table. Bravo, BRAVISSIMO !!

I can’t seem to get access to EasyRide. I have a iPhone14 and iOS 17.3.1. The app asked for approval for “movements and activities” but only choice is to toggle on “live activities”. This doesn’t work and I’m stuck. Pls help!

I was not even able to make an account unless i went to the sbb office in Geneva,and it still was not sending me security codes to my phone for verification.And also on the app im still not able to add my swiss pass like what😂
