I try to do it at least five times a week. I am 78 years old and I feel great. I think the exercise program is great for strengthening all parts of the body. I also cycle a lot, and between the two I feel really good, no aches and pains, knock wood!
I have been using the app for. Full year now. It works for me, easy, no nonsense and yet effective at getting me to keep a routine.
I’ve struggled my entire life with exercise, but this app has helped me finally make it a daily habit. I now feel weird about the idea of going a day without doing anything. You can ALWAYS find 7 minutes in your day. Even on my worst days, I can still do gentle stretching in bed. On my best days, I do way more than the minimum. If you also struggle with exercise and think it’s the most boring/awful thing ever, give this app a try. Set the bar so low that you can’t fail, and those small successes
It’s a little bit expensive but otherwise it’s just like every other workout app

I have used a few workout apps, this one is the best for HIIT. I love the demonstrations of the exercises! It’s easy for me to fit in a Seven workout into my day!
I love the opportunity I get with 7 minutes to work out and get energy in my body that is a BIG thanks to this app!!! And I love that it is free and the challenges are. At the level that you know you can do!❤️
It’s a pretty good app that I would definitely recommend but all the really good things need plus, so thats kind of annoying.
And I have been complaining to the doctor a lot, so yeah has been hurting me a lot that’s why I give it for stars but I hope you guys still have fun with what I rated thank you guys so much for inspiring seven I really love the app

I’ve had the free version of this app for a couple of weeks now and I love it. It’s great for a quick morning jump start to your day when your brain isn’t quite awake yet and you don’t have time for a longer workout. It has very clear animations depicting each exercise and gives you a few seconds to transition between each. You just hit start and go with it. I already work out daily, but wanted something quick I can do in the morning. I’m actually surprised at how effective these workouts are at
It's a good app but there is not a good enough intro with some of the moves.
I love the short workouts. They seem to be effective and I’m losing weight with it. I do wish there was an option to explain the position for the exercise. I don’t know if I am in the correct position for the exercise.

Excellent at keeping a workout routine going even when there’s little time in the day.
The exercises are fun and I really love the variety. I also love that there isn’t some coach giving meaningless encouragement or talking during the exercise. This app has made getting back into the routine of daily exercise easy & nearly excuse proof ☺️

I feel like it made the most out of 7 minutes!
It’s a good app, I really enjoy it, but I really dislike how it shuts off your weekly plan. It’s already SO limited without paying, I think the app developers should keep that part free without premium. The app itself I really love, got me exited to work out, and I was wanting to get into a routine, but without the weekly tracker thing, it really takes away some of the wow factor of the app.
I think it was very useful it got me back in shape in no time.
Having all the different instructors it keeps you motivated
Well I find the avatars a little bit weird and the voice a little bit monotone the workouts are really great! they offer great variety for me at age 48 and getting back into working out: They include calisthenics, stretching and some cardio. It is just really great for me!

This is by far the best workout App I’ve ever come across for someone with a busy schedule! It’s fast and extremely effect. I’m addicted! My goal is to eventually squeeze in 3 sessions of 7 minutes a day, targeting the areas that I need to improve most. I’m telling everyone I know to download the App and get started!!
tough to adapt to “right now” every hour at first , but i’m glad for the light notifications to just do the work right away. right on! challenging and simple
Just the right difficulty in the right amount of time. I can’t make any excuses to not complete and I’m feeling the positive results after two weeks.
If one has allowed oneself to get decrepit, app might should say, “ if you can’t do this as shown, do as close as you can, but do something. Likely over time you will gain limberness, flexibility, and strength to do the exercises shown.”

I really love this app! It is so easy for me to just log on in a busy day and have a quick 7 minute workout! The only thing I would say is that I wish there were more workout options free, but overall this is a really good workout app for any age to get fit fast!
I need the guidance and user friendliness of the app.
