When connected, the app contains the lot of useful features. Problem solved the app doesn’t always connect. I have the two device feature turned on. Both paired devices usually connect. Sometimes one app connects, sometimes neither. The hot device can skip from one to another at random. Without the app, it’s hard to control.

The app and headphones feel so polished and high quality. I absolutely love them. (I have the XM4s)

What’s the point of having high bass if the volume is too low?

10/10 for the EQ. Simple as that. And it instantly connects everytime.

The app works as intended and the design is clean and intuitive with one minor caveat, it doesn’t scale correctly on tablets. This is a bummer because I like to watch movies on my iPad. However all the functionality remains the same.

The bass could hit harder but everything else is awesome

Pros: This app is great for customizing the sound of my headphones. It’s significantly better than the built in iOS controls and works quite well for everything from adaptive sound to custom EQs. Cons: I wish I could copy my manual EQ into a custom EQ setting automatically. And the app could use a facelift. The design aesthetic is terrible and doesn’t really fit into iOS (or androidOS for that matter).

The app is fine. I wish it was able to disable the buttons on the earbuds. The buttons are too easy to press on the earbuds. It’s easy to accidentally press the button and change the volume or turn them off. If I’m laying down it’s especially annoying because the buttons get pressed against the chair, couch or bed when turning your head. Using the app to disable the buttons would be a nice feature.

The app mostly functions as needed. I particularly like that you can toggle on/off the multi-point connections as there are times I don’t want to connect to both my iPhone and my iPad Pro and other times I do. One thing that drives me a little crazy is the tip about using the headphones “safely”. I delete it and it always comes back almost immediately. I want this notification to go away forever. I can’t rate this app higher until this constant annoyance is permanently removed! Please Sony! (It’

I’ve had this pair for 4 years and it reacts well to it, the volume control need fixing & I still have some connectivity with the bluetooth.

Can you please turn off the automatic noise canceling and use the manual settings like mx4

I don’t need my ear protected I want be the one who can make the choice on how loud I want my music ! I come from the car system day I need more!!!

It’s a great app, it does most things you want it to do, however I would have liked it if it let you change noise canceling on and off in the app easier as it is rather confusing how it is now. Overall great app just missing a few things.

Functionality and aesthetic feel very dated, but it gets the job done. But you rarely need to use the app, if at all, to enjoy your headphones.

Please allow reducing the volume of the notification/voice guide on Sony WH-1000XM4. Current volume is way too high and wakes me up when the headphones turn off.

Why this app can not download on MAC OS app store, how I should tune my Linkbuds when using on my Mac?

All the functions are here, but I think the developer should disable swiping between tabs. Sometimes I try to adjust a setting, but it changes between tabs of the menu instead. Disabling that would make the app a lot more usable.

No competition to Sony its king

Excellent earbuds. Volume is a little low on some music. It would be great to increase the volume on the earbuds without being required to remove another great function.

I want to be able to control ambient sound, raise and lower the volume, and pause/play songs right from the headphones but the app doesn't let you customize it the way I want, they're all considered separate so I can't do that ☹️

Since updating from iOS 15 to 15.3 the app can no longer connect to my WH-XB900N’s. A fix would be appreciated!

As a community we would like a dark mode for the app. It would compliment the apps sleek design significantly and be much cleaner over all. Please consider this for a future update.

Headphones and audio quality? 12/10 (XM4) The app? Was great for 2 months. Firmware jacked everything up. Did the Reddit reset. Worked for a month. Back to jacking up. Very sad

Come on . Most of the eq presets are horrible sounding. Jazz it up it’s 2022.

For the price I would’ve thought you would be able to increase the volume. Disappointing

These are actually top-of-the-line! I highly recommend these to any audio file. The ability to adjust the sound to what you want is just amazing! I actually got rid of my Bose for these.

Over all the app works well. There is a beeping when tracks are changed and the volume is adjusted that the app does not allow you to turn off. Hopefully this feature will be in the next update and I can change my review to 5 stars.

Getting constant push notifications to turn on Bluetooth to allow this app to connect to devices. Very annoying given I don't use my headphones during an average day of work.
