It’s soooo easy to follow
I’ve had a really positive experience using the Bend app. It’s been a simple and effective way to build a consistent stretching routine into my daily life. The app offers a wide range of stretching and yoga routines designed for different goals, like improving flexibility, relieving pain, improving posture, and even helping with sleep. The routines are easy to follow.
I love everything about this app
This app does everything I need it to do. I customized one of the set routines and now I can just click start while I’m hanging outside with my dog or watching TV and it’s pretty much mindless. The timers with the countdown and notification of what’s coming next makes everything so easy. Before I know it, I have my stretching in for the day.
Brilliant app
This app is great for encouraging change in my life. I have never stretched before so this is a simple guided way to do so. My body feels so much better from doing this.

I really love this app. It takes the guess work out of what I need to do. It is very easy to follow along and I love that when I’m not sure how to do a certain pose, I can click on it and it will show me how. My girls and I enjoy mother daughter time while using Bend!

Disappointed in Sound
This app is really easy to use. I love the visuals explaining how to do each pose for those of us who are new to yoga. Based on this, I would give it five stars; however, I’m very disappointed in the sound. It works maybe once every five workouts. I have read a lot of suggestions on-line and tried them all. Sometimes they work and sometimes they don’t. Instead of being able to relax into the pose, I’m trying to countdown in my head and peek to see the timer and upcoming pose. If this “glitch”
