Hard to find quality these days. The fit on all the clothes is feminine and flattering. Very classy pieces. My only critique personally is that I can’t fit into the pants generally because I’m very curvy so my waist is small but my behind is not, so the dresses fit well but the pants are a little too slim for my figure. With that said I still try and have my eye on a pair.

No place to enter gift card. Other missing or glitchy sections.

Thee items I really really wanted were already gone. .

I love the unique styles I don’t see anywhere else. The shipping comes in a beautiful box. Everything is made in France. The quality is wonderful!

Beautiful photos of great quality clothing. But a confusing app to navigate. I’m looking for sizing help. Also, took many clicks how to find how to get to an item to put it in the cart.

Easy to use and simple to move through

I want to but clothes from here but can’t understand why the app has no size guide . It will be so much helpful to have a size guide and mention if it’s EU SIZES OR US SIZING or maybe just add the inches for sizes or all. Wish it was easier to place orders.

I think the Sézane app is well built in terms of features/categories. The only reason why I rate it 4 of 5 stars is because the cart doesn’t keep my items in after some time. So I place what I want to order in my cart but keep on browsing in case I want to buy more. Then all of a sudden, when I want to go ahead and pay/place the order, everything is gone - disappeared from my cart. This morning again it happened twice. This store is so unique. I adore just about every piece which makes it difficult to decide what I can buy at that particular time. The belts are fantastic. I love their cardigans, jeans, blouses, dresses, boots! Everything I’ve purchased has been of the upmost quality. The store & clothing have a very feminine vibe yet you can always find a piece whether a belt, ring, tee shirt to bring your look to casual everyday look. I have tried to purchase items but can’t seem to add my address to complete purchase. Other bugs with adding items to cart. Not an easy app if you want to make a purchase.

Such a great source for quality clothing and great prices. Ships fast. Nice packaging. Easy returns. Highly recommended.

One of my favorite brands and the app actually works well, but it’s nearly impossible to find the size guide on the app or on the website. A guide needs to be easily accessible on every page, please!!

Easy to navigate store, very difficult to shop when there is a 30 minute timer on the basket. Had to start over several times.

App kept logging me out every 5 sec so it’s impossible to use save/like button. My shopping cart went empty when I was about to place an order, so I had to look for all the items (10!) all over again

I love love love the sweaters. THey are cut a bit too wide for my taste but I tuck them in. But stock is a major issue. So many nice colours and styles advertised but rarely are the sizes in stock. So I don’t look here very often anymore.

The products I added to the cart keep being removed

Love being able to browse via app but I’ve been unable to use the Save feature. Nothing happens when I tap the heart on any product page. Please fix as I’d love to use this feature!

When I heart an item it doesn’t show up in my account under favorites. I hope the developers fix this. I love this store.

Difficult to create an account and place an order. Exasperating really. Please try to fix these issues. It’s a deterrent.

This app would be perfectly perfect if it didn’t make it so easy to shop ;-) I love the functionality. Wish other brands were as good - maybe I don’t! ;)

This app has worked beautifully in the past; however, it won’t even open now. It crashes as soon as I click to open. I even updated it and still the same. Please fix before Sunday!

Tried to find their returns policy before I ordered. Couldn’t find it ANYWHERE! Went ahead and ordered…leap of faith. Last frame said “returns can be made in 15 days”…let’s hope instructions are in the package.

Checking out was impossible using the app. It would not let me validate my information even though everything was filled out on the form. Consequently, the time to complete my order expired and I lost everything in my basket. Had to use laptop to complete order. What’s the point of the app if you can’t use it to order things?

Most of the app is great but there are little glitches in it. When I try to check out it won't let me select the delivery method but it won't let me move forward either so I have to end up going on the computer to check out.

I love how visually appealing the app is, but I can’t check out without it crashing. It defeats the purpose of a shopping app if I can’t actually shop on it. Please fix and it will be perfect.
