J’adore comme vous présentez les habilles, mais il est difficile de se guider qu niveau des tailles. Je voulais acheter une paire de sneakers, mais je ne connaissais pas ma taille dans vos indications. Dommage.

There are three things that are super annoying with this app and prevents me from ordering: 1) All descriptions are in French and I can’t change it to English anywhere in the app 2) There are no pictures of the clothes in full without being on a sitting/moving/cropped model, ie impossible sometimes to guess how the back looks like since the piece is often not shown from all angles 3) The size recommendations… it’s sometimes in French sizes and sometimes in either US/UK when you add to basket and

Everything is great even when it’s not. The usp about this concept is the warm heart of the company, whether we speak the feel’n, fashion or fast delivery. Customer service is great and like speaking to a friend. The one or two enjoying things is that the stock is low and sale is almost never happening- but that’s perhaps because they sell all any way! :) good for them
