This is one of most attractive and easiest to use time-blocking apps I’ve seen (after trying many). It’s a great value, fun to use, and keeps add-on g more and more very cool features!
if there were a scroll bar for day view we’d be able to use 5m intervals easily. a scrollbar can help you travel through the entire day. instead you have to scroll like a mad man 😅. easy feature hope you consider it
I love this app but I am only sticking to the free version. But its not letting me exit out of the promotion page and it keeps blocking me from doing anything every time I open the app. If this doesn’t resolve Ill have to find another app.
I have time blindness, and this app works great to help me plan my day. The design is simple, beautiful, AND FUNCTIONAL, a combination I don’t often see often enough in apps. The color blocks are pretty and inspiring, and tasks are easy to create, move, extend, and mark complete. I also recently had an issue with my account, and the developer was responsive and able to resolve it for me. Thank you!!
Maybe lower the price for the supreme part. And I can’t figure out how to get out of the supreme part so maybe we fix that and add an X button
I have just recently downloaded this app and I was so excited to use it, but then all of a sudden a pop-up appeared on my screen, and I am not able to click out of it. I wanted to try out the app first and use the free tier, but it seems i am completely unable to do anything without paying. I am extremely sad and disappointed!!!
I love being able to move tasks around and adjust the length of the activity quickly without extra buttons or hassle. I just wish there were undo/redo buttons for when I accidentally touch/shift existing schedules while dragging and dropping things on the calendar view as I don’t want to lock every single activity…
I wish the font in the update wasn't bold. You think it'd be easier to read, but at least for me, the other was quicker to read. Without any bugs, this is a great app and a great idea! I don't know if this'll get read, but originally my review had an appropriate answer, but now, it's been changed to the answer that many do, about how to revert to something more like the old version, but most of my review didn't have anything to do with preferring the old. I'd only had one thing I missed about th
Get this if you are time blind! Add in your first appointment and back it out in 15 min blocks from travel time, leave, pack, dress, hair, makeup, stretch, coffee, wake! Things take more time then your brain thinks it does. It will remember that you assigned makeup pink, wake yellow and green LEAVE. I also add my quit eating, yoga, bath, bed and lights out times for daily nudges to get adequate rest.
I really enjoyed the simplicity and compactness that TimeFinder offered earlier this year. The new design makes it less convenient however recently Luke has allowed us to toggle a more compact version of the new design and the swipe to delete/complete task. 🙏 I’m starting to adjust to the new design. It’s better than the first original redesign. 😀
Absolutely love Time Finder! It’s so simple to use. Other time block apps are so complicated, this is simple and super easy to set up. I’ve been using it everyday for years! Highly recommend.
Very capable, yet lightweight and easy to use. It’s a snap to add new events, and the visual planner is very intuitive. Even better, the developer is very committed and responsive. This is a first rate app and a serious competitor to the big well known planners, yet still small enough that you can influence development towards what you need. I tried countless alternatives and they were all cluttered, slow to use, and many of them were flaky. TimeFinder is at feature parity or ahead of other mu
It’s simple yet efficient, and it’s very easy to start using it (with options to sync with your calendar). Also it’s cheaper than some other similar apps without really missing out on important features. It’s a good deal! :)
I had some trouble with the new update, so I contacted Luke. He got back to me the same day, and gave clear instructions! I don’t rate a lot of apps, but he deserves it.
This is probably the best app I have for achieving productivity gains. When i had a problem support was amazing. Do not hesitate to get this app
As the title says
I dont know if its the new apply system update but the time finder app was more aesthetically appealing without the white frame around it. Wish I could go back to the older version. Ahh well
Super helpful with planning your day and getting notifications when you need them… also the guy who started it is super helpful and actually responds to you
I would like to suggest that on the calendar view, you somehow mark the dates that have something scheduled on them. Thank you Cleo Yoder
I’ve been waiting for Apple Watch support for so long!
I use this app almost everyday and grateful for the good attention to detail. Thank you for all the updates and fixes as this evolves and looking forward to the Unveil coming soon!
This reminds me of the simplicity of the old school Tungsten (PalmOne) and Blackberry. This is exactly what I needed and wanted!!!!! It also lets me cross off my tasks oh my!!! I looooooove this app! Is there a way to have longer and louder alert sounds?
I love that I can move stuff around easily. If I miss my time window it makes me conscious of all my time during the day. Great great tool.
I love using this app to time-box my Apple events and reminders, however, the promised sync only goes one way - information assets can only be imported into this app and changes made on the app won’t be reflected elsewhere. It would be fantastic if I could use this app as a comprehensive planner to time-box events and reminders and have those changes accurately reflected on my Apple Calendar and Reminders. Something like Structured but with a better interface. Until then, I'll have to pause my s
TimeFinder is my favorite app of all time. I rave about it to everyone— this app is absolutely brilliant in its simplicity and efficiency. I highly recommend watching the tutorial— it’s super user-friendly without it, but watching it helped me discover awesome features I didn’t catch before. Stop reading and go download it. You won’t be sorry!
Just what I was looking for!!
I really like this app but the thing is, the schedule is divided up into 30 minute increments. So let’s say you want to do a task for 15 minutes and want to schedule it. You can’t because it won’t let you change how long you want to do that task. All in all, this is a good VISUAL schedule that I use for the planning things out. What I mean by this being a visual schedule is that I use this schedule explicitly
Love the concept of this app with an hourly schedule and the Split View is brilliant! I’m going to try this app with my time management routine immediately!
This app has been super-helpful for me in making a daily schedule and budgeting my time It easily integrates with whichever calendars I want it to, and is easy to use. There's a five minute video that explains the process, but it's not necessary because using the app is intuitive It flawlessly syncs between my phone and my iPad. It's helped me immensely The developer obviously cares and is very skilled. I'm looking forward to the eventual integrations with more apps, as well as with the Appl
I have used sooo many time-planning apps, and none of them offered all of the features I need. TimeFinder is the only one that has met all of my needs for my constant creating, adjusting, changing, and LOVING of my schedule! While using this app, I found myself saying, “Cool!” “Awesome!” and “This is perfect for me!”
This is my favorite app of all time. It helps me organize my day and the alerts on my Apple Watch keep me focused and on task. I used it and loved it for weeks before watching the turotial and learning about the lists feature. What a lifesaver! Now, not only is my schedule organized, but my mind is organized. I love the ability to create multiple lists, easily add them to the schedule, and mark them done. 100% recommend this app to everyone.
Everything you need to organize your day is at your fingertips. All you need is to KNOW what you want to do. But if you know and want to take action, you can do worse than using this app, but not a lot better. Really the top of it’s category.
This app has EVERYTHING I could possibly need! But can you please tell me how to change my background to white?
Hi I downloaded the app but it’s not working on my iPhone and iPad The screen is frozen and no respond to click on the Get Started button.
Top notch customer service. Developer is very accommodating and very receptive to feedback. Worth a try!
Would be better to have the whole month calendar to visualize monthly too. Thank you
This app replaces perfectly the time management I was doing on paper every day. It provides just and only just what I need…a list of tasks and a time based daily schedule. Things that I do everyday at the same time are permanent and repeatable each day, e.g. wake up and go to bed. While things that I do sporadically are in lists that I can drag and drop into my current day at times I have open from the daily routines I do each day, e.g. exercise. Premium adds some useful capabilities and is v
Please add an option to HIDE all empty time slots. I use this calendar for events that happen every 4 hours, so I never need to use the 3hrs in between.
I only wish it integrated with my Apple Watch. But I’ve been looking for an app like this for years! Thank you!
I have Adult ADD and I am really impressed with the this daily planner app. It's a simple app with not a lot of features, but that's one of its best features. I like that it works on my computer, and syncs with my iPhone and iPad to notify me of the things I need to do. The yearly subscription price for TimeFinder is very reasonable because it helps you get more accomplished throughout the day.
4 Negative User Reviews for TimeFinder: Time Blocking
I love the concept of this app but it simply doesnt work. i open it and it auto closes. Doesnt matter if I close completely or delete and re-download. It still closes on me.
This app has been so incredibly helpful! I have horrible adhd and this has helped so much with planing out my day and staying on track. It’s the best app I’ve paid for ever — HOWEVER — now the app won’t even work.. all that I can see is a gray screen. This started recently, ever since they had their latest and “biggest update”! I want to use all the new features 😭
I can’t figure out how to get past the free trial/subscription page in the beginning. It pops up anytime I open the app and I can’t find an “x” or way to exit out of it to actually use this app.
The changes are worse. It worked better before… I can overlap out add multiple things in one.
