Virtuo: hassle-free car rental App Reviews

We went to France for a month, VIRTUO was an easier access to our car that was waiting for us at our terminal. Easy drop of at the same location. Comfortable car and clean, when we had some questions it was easy to just contact customer service through the app. Will rent from them again.

No more paperwork, no more keys to return, no more waiting in line, no more tedious car pick up or return. The car is waiting in front of my door and Virtuo then come to pick it up when I don’t need it. Whoa!

Rental doesn’t get more convenient than this. The delivery to- and the drop off at home feel like having your own car. Everything went perfect on my first time trying this service.

The app worked OK ish 6 months ago but it was flawless this time. Virtuo is amazing - incredibly convenient contactless pick up and drop off, reasonable prices, great cars and outstanding customer service. Importantly, no super boring and time consuming going to car rental and filing in paperwork-keep up the great work and thank you!!

No hassle at all. Rented a lovely Cupra Formentor, got the car delivered to me on schedule, with a full tank of petrol. Returning was also a smooth experience, I simply followed the instructions on the app and that was it.

A few taps on the app and the car gets delivered to your front door when you need it. No longer need to go the rental counter, queue, wait for someone to endlessly type on their keyboard like they’re typing all words in the dictionary… Pick up is easy. Just drop your car on your street and end the rental on the app. Cars are good i’ve rented the vw polo and the tesla model 3 long range for longer holidays trip. Customer service is 5 star. Easy to reach by phone or app, always super nice and help
