No Idea how the reviews show a 4 something- rip off is the nicest word that comes to mind

What more can I say….beautiful, pristine and safe located adjacent to Playa del Carmen but in an upscale gated community. This Penthouse is clean, fresh and spacious with a roof top for privacy and sunning. Magda, our host, was a delight with excellent attention to all the details and responsive to all our questions and requests. We will surely be coming back with our family to enjoy many more holidays on the Riviera Maya!

App was easy to navigate, and found our ideal booking quickly. But why show rates in US dollars, then in British Pounds at checkout? Good thing that we have a no foreign transaction fee card.

Kind of annoying when you select A/C in the filters and it still shows you rentals that have NO A/C

We could see the snow covered mountains from every angle in the huge windowed living area! The only disappointment was no working fireplace.

Booking was easy with the exception that VRBO does not accept my credit card type.

There are so many great choices of properties and the app is super easy to use… my go to when planning a trip!

More options on the app would be great. For example, why am I limited to increasing the nightly price of my stay by only increments of $50? The app itself is a little clunky and doesn’t run as smooth

Only problem was that i tried to use my Discover card to book. I suggest that it be made clear which cards are accepted and which are not. Other than that is was very simple

Great place. Clean. Our air conditioning went out, our host was there within an hour and had the problem fixed. Then refund us a night. Beautiful place.

I mostly love VRBO! Every other trip we’ve done through them has been outstanding. This time however, we’ve booked twice and had the owner of the property write to say their place isn’t actually available. Not sure where the problem lies, but it’s been frustrating and disappointing. I think we’re onto a winner this time, though and will chalk this up to a hiccup and continue to use them.

Easiest platform to rent vacation and work properties.

I am both a VRBO customer and a VRBO premier host. I travel quite a bit and I find that the VRBO app is very easy to use. as a host, I get a much better higher paying clientele through Vrbo than my friends who use other booking apps.

Just started using VRBO and it is absolutely the best!!

I have used VRBO and will continue using it for all my vacations. It sure beats any 5 star hotel and is more affordable. I had to cancel one of my trips once and money was refunded promptly. It’s easy to reach someone at VRBO and they are always helpful . VRBO will always be my first choice.

Easy to find a good place to stay I love the appt. They have a good places to stay. Best appt ever to have on my phone. I love the payment plan, and everything what show on the pictures is a curase.

Quite surprised at cost of extra fees! First time for us to use VRBO! Wow!

I love to travel and Vrbo makes is so easy to find the perfect home away from home.

The app is fine but you aren’t offered insurance until after you book your stay. I had to make 2 separate purchases because I had to purchase insurance separately. I wish the insurance was offered before you make the booking.

Cannot get a response with in a reasonable time. Even using chat the wait was over 1/2 hour. The automated chat kept asking for info I did not know. We are working on a very expensive issue and no one to talk to.

I mean what is NOT to love about VRBO?? They take care of everything.

I’ve been using vrbo for several years now. I find it so much easier than air B and B. Accommodations have been very nice and have enjoyed every stay
