Well designed, a good assortment of different objects, easy checkout solution… what not to like?

Booking on their website didn’t work at all. It complained about billing country not being selected when it was. Called support and they said they would troubleshoot. They never mentioned I could try booking through their app instead. Well that’s what I did, but their were issues there as well… My regular debit card didn’t work and I’ve never had issues with that card when paying online. Fortunately one of my credit cards was accepted. Most complicated checkout in years!

The house looked pretty in the pictures but when we got there, we found several dead bedbugs in the bedrooms. That did the trip awful. Two of us got bite marks all over the body. The host responded quickly in the matter but when it came to financial compensation we only got the cleaning fee refunded. Our whole trip was ruined and when we asked VR they promised to look in to it, but never came back to us.
