This game is somewhat short, it is a platformer, but feels a little like a point and click. Go to a room find an item go back to an old room and get a new item repeat. Grinding for gold really drug things down a bit. It just made a 2 hour game a 2.5 hour game. Still worth it for 2.99 if your taking a couple hour trip and need to kill some time.
A great game. Cute graphics, difficult but fair puzzles, and decent length (about 2-4 hours). A bit challenging for casuals but perfect for those who love meteoidvanias/trading items to get other items.
This is an excellent little adventure game. The items used usually make sense although the game could really use a bit of clarity near the beginning that each characters quest is basically self contained. That through me off for a bit at the start. Highly recommended. Love it.
At first I was reluctant to buy the game but I was drawn to the graphics because of the similar super Mario world art direction. But What i really like about the game is the hunt for items which Require a little bit of strategy but all together its fun, not too long and enjoyable.
I think that three dollars is too much to pay for a game that might last you one afternoon. The instructions arenāt clear at all, and the layout is kind of funky. I have loved nearly all of the other donut games, but this one has disappointed me.
It was very puzzling at first, but once I got the hang of it, I real enjoyed the game. The only negative thing was that it didnāt need to be 2.99
The concept and the retro feel is so lovable but it's frustrating. The instructions aren't very clear. It's definitely not worth $3.
Played this game for 30 min. Too annoying... wish I could refund. Man they got me good...
I've been an avid fan of DG for years, but this game is boring and not worth the high price tag.
I enjoyed āTraps nā Gemstonesā but this one is too hard and unforgiving for me. Itās classic Mario-like platformer including the tedious go back to start when you die. Itās just too tedious to be fun. I wish there was an easy mode.
This game could sure use some instructions and a way to get hints when stuck, which is often. I really like donut games usually but this one has too many inconsistencies and itās harder if youāve played traps and gem stones because thet game has much better usability. Iāve persevered because I like solving problems but I am now completely stuck. Itās very frustrating to know there must be something the game makers consider obvious to do but you canāt figure what it is. Sigh.
