My order got slowed down by 5 days even though I paid for express shipping. After a few emails, the owner worked things out and now everything is good to go. Kudos to having great customer service and solving problems within hours. 5 stars

The hoodie i ordered was nice and fit true to size, shipping took 14 business days and I contacted customer service about my package taking longer than anticipated and they answered quickly so overall good business and cute clothes!

i was supposed to receive my items within 7 business days, but it took closer to a full month which was really odd because they now have a u.s warehouse. the overall quality of the clothes is a hit or miss, the shirts i got have cute designs but feel like paper, but the lounge shorts have deep pockets (which is really rare to see in women's clothing) and the quality is pretty decent. overall, they DO deliver orders even if it takes forever. i feel like its overpriced for the quality you're payin

App works amazing. 10/10 for that. The clothes having the name plastered in big lettering makes it seem cheap honestly. No way it should be 70$ for it to be only company name plastered. It screams cheap

I love the quality it is great and so easy to check out , although takes so long to ship and come to my house. Overall I like white fox.

I used code flashsale40 for 40% off and I got a hoodie for $30 ish. Other than shipping time i’m happy with my purchase and will be ordering from here again!

I absolutely have been pleased with White Fox especially the red gingham bathing suit which was the whole reason I decided to shop with WF. I wish the app had sections for people to input their reviews on products, the app feels like a ghost town in that regards, but it is very well organized other than that one suggestion!

Great company but I’m done from the last 2 years of poor fulfillment practices, customer service practices and the lack of customer support. Shame. They have amazing products but they have no customer service and the shipping to the United States on standard will take over a month, and you won’t have clear updates on your package. They also will move your customer service request if they still haven’t replied in a week to the end of the queue when you follow up
