Excellent game, phenomenal but alas if your friends don’t play or you don’t have the tokens to play a special event/person; then you can’t play Needs fast play

The power up feature access has been disabled. You can only spend your coins on a power up once it has reached zero. However, since I can’t spend my coins, I am Capped at 1500. Which means, ever time I earn a coin, it still sits my total at 1500. I should have 100’s if not thousand more coins. Please consider removing the feature block

This game used to be fun. I’ve been playing it for about 11 years but i just play it now out of boredom and to please my friends who still play it. The dictionary needs updating! Even with the settings deactivated to prevent solo challenge masters from starting a game, they still do! Stop creating multiple solo master games when one is already playing one solo master! I love the game but the ADS are ridiculous, they’re so long and they play come after EVERY PLAY. I hate that.

There is nowhere on this app to just start a new game. There used to be a plus sign and I could choose an opponent or to start with a random person. Where is it?

I LOVE words with friends. Played for 10+ years with a BEST friend. But I don’t think I need fancy tiles, stickers silly halos. I wish your energy would go into the dictionary, which you keep promising to upgrade. Hire a linguist or train all your great illustrators to work with WORDS not images. Love the game but wish there was a setting to TURN OFF THE SOUND!!! I have to turn off my Bluetooth and mute my phone EVERYTIME I play the game and it's annoying. I don't want or need the sound effects!!! They do not add to and in fact detract from my game experience. Please allow us to turn the sound off!!!

I love this game, and I love knowing that there IS someone out there to help when I run into technical difficulties w/ the game. Their response time is nice & quick, & gets me back on track. However, it CAN be VERY frustrating when points/ pawns (whatever it’s called) earned are not added (specifically - the word flip game)!

You used to be able to save up your power saves when you had coins. Now you can only use your coins when you’re out of power ups. I’m assuming this is to get people to buy power ups, but not a good change!

I love the game but hate being forced to update the app every time there’s an update. It needs to be optional. I’m not interested in all of the new features so some of the updates are useless to me p.

I’ve played this game for years, and do not understand how words are allowed that have no definitions available, and a pretty common word, “adieu” is not a valid word even though it’s in every English dictionary. Someone please enlighten me.

Since the last software update, I have to keep restarting my devices in order to play. Frustrating!

Dunno why opponents’ stats keep swinging wildly. UNRELIABLE STATS ON OPPONENTS. I’m ignoring these stats now. Also when I receive a challenge, I should be able to check the opponent’s profile before I accept the challenge.

I’ve played this game for some time, but recently, I’ve had problems with the game freezing up after making moves. Sometimes I have to turn the phone off and start it again.

Would like to be able to share pics in messaging When deleting messages, I would like it to be deleted! Instead of as soon as a new message is made after being deleted the whole deleted conversation comes back up again

Not sure why I started playing in 2011 and last year WWF reset my account to 2021 I was not able to locate friends I had been playing with for years and I was never able to get a reply from WWF as to why
