Thank you for not going all 'twoke' and changing gulf names to satiate little orange egos! I have even more respect for you now! Heck, you even got me to write a 5 star review! ^.^

This is a basic map of the world. Continents, regions, town names, major roads only. No detail. Not a road map. If you need basic information only, this app will suffice.

And lots of places aren’t even in the search.

I like the map layout so I can see borders and boundaries but there’s not much detail. For instance, Honduras only has one city, the capital.

For a quick overview of an area it is great, but lacks details.

I enjoyed using the free version so I purchased the upgrade, looking forward to using the extra features. However the interactive map will not load. I’m very disappointed and feel like I just got ripped off for the upgrade. Maybe the creators of the app will create a fix for this problem.

This is a great map for getting you oriented with where countries and cities in the world are located.

I enjoy seeing the places on the world map of where we’ve been and the people we have met. It gladdens my heart that people are so kind and generous wherever we go.

Enables expansion of the too small standard map, providing basic border information and location of the nations but little else.

Gives enough detail for general usage, price is low so worth getting it. If one wants possibility to do fine search this is not the app for it.

World map has excellent graphics, always great to use for locating the country the province or any other geographical location.

Every time some strange place comes up on the news I can always find out where it happened in seconds. Just have to go to a dictionary to learn how to pronounce these places.

I like it to see the countries that are unknown to me. It is fast and easy to locate it. It gives a general view of countries and major cities around the world. If you are looking for an specific and unknown little place you better google it.

Please make a full screen for iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max

I love this app! Very comprehensive coverage physical map, topography, and time zones. It’s my go to map every time I want to look up specifics of a country I’m not familiar with.

I’ve tried some different map apps, and this is by far the best. There is a series of good features like the time zone map, political borders, and major cities. No WiFi needed and it’s super well-laid out.

Probably quite accurate overall. I find it very easy to access, as it is not confusing to understand; a great app!

Very limited search hits. For instance, no cities, states, rivers, lakes, etc. Only countries.

I have it on my cell phone so it is always handy to look up a country or major city location any time I need to. I don’t have all of the Globe in my head; I wish I did, but that ain’t happening, and this is a gem to behold.

It is amazing that I can find my childhood home in Johannesburg South Africa. WHILE I AM HERE IN CALIFORNIA. WHAT FUN.

Always good to know where you stand.

As the listing shows, it is only for iPhone. I loaded it to iPad and it works, but the display is small. Mainly I like having one big world map you can move around on, rather than a bunch of maps of different continents or regions.

If you need to know basics, I.e.: Where is Syria or Yemen, you can find that but little else. Hey, it was only $1.99!

World map should have a drill-down

The latest release claims to fix the interactive map. The current version does not work and only shows a blank grid. I wish the maps would remember the part of the world I'm always looking at. But they always recenter around the same wrong country. Let users set a default view per map, or remember what was last viewed.
