I find the Zara website very hard to navigate. I am not a fan! I would purchase more stuff if it was easier to find.

I really like how the app is interactive. The scan and QR scan of receipts with photos is super helpful! The product photos & layout is a nice touch.

it’s a lot easier to navigate through sale items than new arrived… but easy is not something Zara looks for. their priority is artistic pictures.

I love the app except there is one glitch in the address box. I tried to fill out my address several times and it kept taking me to this Google auto fill box that wouldn’t let me change my address. I eventually figured it out, but it took a while! Could be more user-friendly.

Could to have more description about the merchandise like how longe is the sleeve, the longe dress, bust etc, but in total the app is good friendly interface and intuitive easy to use! Thanks

The bugs are out of control on the app right now. Love their clothes but I can’t even shop. I can’t imagine how much money they are losing if people can’t open or purchase anything online. Please fix!

Zara has a great quality of clothes! However I wish customer service in the store should be as friendly and understanding and fast to be able to make returns as easy! Help your employees to improve by training and show the importance of customer service!

Nice place to shop around and shoes to match. Every item can found on line, especially when you need xxL or just a size 13 for men. I like but the Cashiers in the men’s department on Broadway is alway shut down before 7::30 without thinking about the customer. Otherwise lovely clothing

Surprised zara doesnt include the size of the model and what size they are wearing, so unhelpful that they dont and its probably such an easy adjustment for their IT team, PLEASE ZARA INCLUDE HEIGHT OF MODEL AND WHAT SIZE THEIR WEARING :)))))

Using the app is not as easy as other companies. Not only searching for items a relatively lengthy process, completing the order is an issue as one needs to “gently” press information or else the site disappears

When I’m searching for boys clothes I don’t want to see lavender… if I was pretending my boy was a girl then I’d go to girl’s section for that. Also, a woman sitting with her legs spread out holding her boob whiles advertising a dress that’s just in poor taste

Zara keeps the clothes and takes them out again the next season maybe because he didn't sell them in the previous one, that's cheesy in a brand like this. Two years ago it never happened.

Great products but I wish they did it 14-16years old in boys clothes (this is what I was shopping for ). I didn’t see any and it finished at 14 then I guess you jump to mens.

Zara has stepped up their fashion game. I would make one enhancement to the app to have filter options to help better navigate the site. Other than that, I love the site and the QR code to save in-store purchases in one place.

In attempt to ordering a gift for my boyfriend, I wanted to leave a gift note for him. I could not do so due to technical issues with the app. Every time I try to submit the gift note I would receive different pop-ups. For example, incorrect URL, etc..

Very clumsy website that requires one to constantly put in their information, even when using the app. Each time you go on, you have to sign in even if you were just away from your phone for a little bit of time. Doesn’t show you the cost for shipping, very difficult to find a nearby store to deliver to, and took way too long. I will not be using this website or app again regardless of how much my kid might want something. It took me a whole damn day!
