The virtual try-on feature is an absolute game-changer. Being able to upload my photo and see how the outfits look on me without stepping foot in a physical store makes shopping so easy, unique, and fun. Highly versatile

Zara’s website is the bomb! The clothes are shown with style and class making selections effortless.

Zara, we keep waiting for that magic update that will give us back the sorting feature for TOPS. What happened there? It’s been almost a year that we’ve lost that feature. Please bring it back ASAP.

I find the Zara website very hard to navigate. I am not a fan! I would purchase more stuff if it was easier to find.

I really like how the app is interactive. The scan and QR scan of receipts with photos is super helpful! The product photos & layout is a nice touch.

it’s a lot easier to navigate through sale items than new arrived… but easy is not something Zara looks for. their priority is artistic pictures.

I love the app except there is one glitch in the address box. I tried to fill out my address several times and it kept taking me to this Google auto fill box that wouldn’t let me change my address. I eventually figured it out, but it took a while! Could be more user-friendly.

Zara has a great quality of clothes! However I wish customer service in the store should be as friendly and understanding and fast to be able to make returns as easy! Help your employees to improve by training and show the importance of customer service!

I used to love Zara but shein has way better design that you guys and the prices are way better and the quality is the same you guys have forgotten the reason why you became Zara because you used to produce what the women like not horrible plane clothing

Zara used to be affordable. What’s up? There are enough luxury brands only for the rich, in the Zara home app, one pillowcase was $34 dollars. Its disappointing. Getting tired that even fast fashion is unattainable for the commoners.

Scrolling right shouldn’t be a different product. Add return back button, I don’t want to tap x 20 times to get to where I was. When on product page, do not hide the home button. Allow product reviews like any other site/app. I can keep going but it’s your job so ask AI or look at any other shopping app

She asked me, "Why are Zara stores so beautiful in Mexico, but here the staff is so poorly dressed? The guy at the entrance never says hello, even when you're friendly. But above all, there's no one to help you when you need something."

Not easy to navigate. I gave up on browsing and ended up not placing an order.

In attempt to ordering a gift for my boyfriend, I wanted to leave a gift note for him. I could not do so due to technical issues with the app. Every time I try to submit the gift note I would receive different pop-ups. For example, incorrect URL, etc..

Very clumsy website that requires one to constantly put in their information, even when using the app. Each time you go on, you have to sign in even if you were just away from your phone for a little bit of time. Doesn’t show you the cost for shipping, very difficult to find a nearby store to deliver to, and took way too long. I will not be using this website or app again regardless of how much my kid might want something. It took me a whole damn day!
