Cars on map updating their position with low frequency, pathfinding works strange, car icons can move backward or sideward, looks funny. One driver couldn’t cancel his ride, said there is no such option, asked me to do it. If it’s not a kind of driver’s cheating to save money, it s a bug.

I’m pretty experienced in using Careem, spent for one year more than 5000 aed for it. Generally almost all delivery and taxi services always works perfectly. One I used covid test and cleaning and it also worked nicely. One time I had to go to the support and that works poorly - phone only and can’t control the application issue ticket

If you pay for example by AP they freeze amount for example ride is 50 aed they will freeze 50 and in taxi it’s showing on miter 40 so 10 aed no one will return to your card ! They stealing money! Support don’t help

Can you link a Union Pay card? This is a huge disadvantage

Not nice company at all. Couriers can barely speak English. Not reliable at all. Recently the courier took the parcel couldn't find the address. And returned the item back. However, i asked to leave it at reception. Careem charged me 110aed for not qualified employees. Nice company!) Top service 🤣 better use Yango + its cheaper, and much much better drivers and couriers )
