I found the perfect guided yoga class with this app: every day i plug in my ear phones, select the duration that works at the moment (15, 30 or 60 minutes), and move, guided by the teacher’s gentle voice, and glimpsing at the video when needed. 60 minutes class includes a meditation at the beginning and a relaxation at the end. I love this app! It's simple and convenient. I usually practice with a relaxation and stress relief class. Guiding voice and music are nice touches to complete the practice. The only drawback is that the music stops too quickly and abruptly after Chavassana.

I love the app! But the video glitches (freezes) a lot. Voice continues, so i can still follow for a while, but i need to exit and restart the lesson to get video work again, or play with +/-30sec buttons. It really kills the flow. Please please please fix it 🙏
