The game is too laggy

I love the game, but the moderators are too strict, recently I was playing and my little cousin had bought some gems without me even knowing, after a few minutes I noticed, and went to Apple to refund, after I sent my request he had told me that he had spent a lot of the gems, I thought maybe they would be banning me 365days or maybe even 750days,but no they permanently banned me,
I have been playing the game since 2017 and never ever gotten suspended, and this is how they treat their players,

The game used to be good with a easy login system, now you cant even login because it says error over and over again. Just take back the old system please
