Give permanently suspended players second chances

I love the game, but the moderators are too strict, recently I was playing and my little cousin had bought some gems without me even knowing, after a few minutes I noticed, and went to Apple to refund, after I sent my request he had told me that he had spent a lot of the gems, I thought maybe they would be banning me 365days or maybe even 750days,but no they permanently banned me, I have been playing the game since 2017 and never ever gotten suspended, and this is how they treat their players,

You disconnect From Growtopia All The Time Even If You Have Good Internet, Growtopia PLEASE Fix Your Game, FIX YOUR FKN GAME, CANT EVEN ENTER EVERY FKN 10MINUTES, DONT BUY A GAME IF U CANT HOLD IT TOGETHER
