As the title reads. Skullcandy’s app support team is incredibly useful and a good team to ask for help.
Very much so compared to their websites chat support which quite literally told me to make a warranty claim despite it being a software issue.
The app support team which wasn’t even the ones that should have been helping me in the first place however directed me to a Reddit post which solved the issue. Now that’s support.
Regarding the app itself. It may not be the most feature rich but

It’s worth to download the app just to do the personal sound calibration.
After a 3 minute test the audio in your crusher ANC will be according to your personal hearing. Now it’s possible to hear details in the music that you couldn’t do before.
