As the title reads. Skullcandy’s app support team is incredibly useful and a good team to ask for help. Very much so compared to their websites chat support which quite literally told me to make a warranty claim despite it being a software issue. The app support team which wasn’t even the ones that should have been helping me in the first place however directed me to a Reddit post which solved the issue. Now that’s support. It’s worth to download the app just to do the personal sound calibration. After a 3 minute test the audio in your crusher ANC will be according to your personal hearing. Now it’s possible to hear details in the music that you couldn’t do before.
