It's not like an escape into harmony, like sometimes meditation can be - you know, when you calm down and enter a peaceful mode and when you come out in the real world you get triggered again by the same situations. Rather, The Work is a full on challenging of your thoughts that give rise to distress, and by scrutinizing them along with your feelings, you enter harmony with what is.
