Superb

At last I'm doing "the work" regularly thanks to this fantastic app that helpa me release stress and find inner peace. I recommend reading the book "Loving What Is" by Byron Katie to fully understand how to use the app but it's possible to start and get a first impression of "the work" with it.

On-the-go Sanity

How invaluable to have this resource with me everywhere. This really helps when in distress. It's not like an escape into harmony, like sometimes meditation can be - you know, when you calm down and enter a peaceful mode and when you come out in the real world you get triggered again by the same situations. Rather, The Work is a full on challenging of your thoughts that give rise to distress, and by scrutinizing them along with your feelings, you enter harmony with what is. This app is so helpfu

Fantastic to have an app on my phone to work on!! Please separate the three turnaround questions like in previous versions - they give so much and now they are easy to miss. Thanks for a great method.

This app is perfect for me

I have been a chronic worrier my whole life and I’m trying to resolve that in a way that’s gentle and doesn't cause more worry about worrying. This process feels nurturing and gentle and I would recommend this app to anyone who suffers from worry and stress.
