the app is BEAUTIFUL. It has and incredibly easy and powerful way to guide you to create and stick to habits. If you ever saw any content from James Clear, you can feel that his presence is in every corner of this app.

Straightforward, simple, and great!

I’m currently reading through Atomic Habits for the first time, and just got the email from James’ newsletter about his app. It’s wonderful! Love the design, the simplicity, and the satisfaction of holding in the atom once a habit has been completed.

Too many notifications

My lock screen is filled with notifications from Atoms. It’s red flag to me. Overall, this app is helpful and also works as a reminder, tips, progress tracker, and habit journal. I like using it because I can track my habits easily. Also I like James Clear
