Enel X Way-apprecensioner

The charging infrastructure has a long way to go in Italy and this app isn’t helping much. Glitchy and sometimes inaccurate. Why is it named Juice Pass if it’s for Enel? Not very refined but sometimes works.

I started using this app while visiting Spain with my electric car. I think the interface is user friendly and the app is stable. I have no complaints besides from relatively few charging spots around Spain but it is a must in the village I have been spending time since 3/4 chargers can be found in this app. Overall highly recommended.

It way already annoying to sign up even though I tried to use Google single signon to keep it simple, but then the app required me to log in 3 more times and accept term for a single charging session. Hope to not have to use it again!

Need to login multiple times to my account to sign in and check lots of boxes, this is something this app developer really needs to work on.

Long confusing registration process. Doesn’t explain anything before registration. Why deman registration at all? Long ancient payment solution. Why not Apple Pay?

The app looks very good. But you need to answer ‘100’ questions before being able to charge and if you don’t answer correct you will not get feed back in what is missing. I just wanted to charge my car. We stopped and went to a Galp charger instead.
