Guru Maps - Offline Navigation-apprecensioner

The ability to use free map sources (like friluftskarta from Hitta.se - search for it) for high quality offline maps makes this the best Iphone map app. When the Apple or Google maps are just empty grey areas, my Galileo has the real topographical map. The only thing I miss is the ability to edit routes.

En favorit. Använder den med Friluftskartan. Nu fungerar även sync via iCloud ypperligt. Bra om man använder appen på flera enheter. Enkelt att dela rutter, intressepunkter.

Min favorit, snabb, offline, enkelt lägga till många egna POI. Lätt att kopiera koordinater till ex Maps.

This app is my favourite navigation app for all sort travel, but especially for city exploration.

Nice map that can be downloaded from all countries. Detailed maps. And nice tracking that can be exported to Google Earth for example. So glad that I finally found a Reinstall Purchases button when pressing the countdown ticker for the trial version of Pro Galileo. Maybe a bit slow on finding alternative routes when deviating from the initial route..

As the updates keep on coming with, not just minor bug fixes, but real new features this app is a hit. Thx for the great effort you guys put into this!!!

I use it with the ”Hitta Frilufts” map source for offline off road navigation (in Sweden). Better than any standalone GPS I’ve tried.

Enkel samtidigt fylld med avancerad funktioner. Massor av kartor till Sverige och flertal andra länder. Rekommenderas varmt.

This is my main mapping app, as it allows for multiple map sources for Sweden (topos, aerial etc available on the net) and if you are a bit tech savvy you can add your own information overlays etc. Well worth the cost. To be perfect for me it would offer additional/custom fields per bookmark/waypoint as I like to record misc information about interesting spots. Adding photos would be cool too. I love this app! The ability to record routes and draw new ones. What’s making me hold back the 5 star is the loading of the zoomed in map seems to lag often. I’ve tried restarted and updated. I’d love for this to be looked at. I use iPhone 13 pro max

The free version is ok basic . The pro version with more routes is expensive and no speedcam. Scout gps has it all and cost only 5€ lifetime
