Hello!! It’s not possible to update the app. I have even deleted the app and downloaded again but still same???? Why like that not acceptable!!!

Subtitle problem

I have the pro version, and I’m aware that it should show a black notification box if the app find subtitles. But it does not work for me. I’ve tried on multiple sites such as youtube and other stuff, and i’ve made sure that the websites have subtitles, the subtitles work on the phone but when I cast to the TV I don’t get any notification and the subtitles won’t appear. So buying this seems kind of a scam if it won’t work. Is there a solution to this?
