Monash University FODMAP diet App-Rezensionen

I tried a lot of different fodmap apps, but this one is absolutely the best. The recipes are really delicious and I feel a lot of better since I start the diet with the app. It got extras and useful settings to personalize your IBS. Thank you monash university please keep going. You can be proud of yourself for making people feel better:)

The app is well-designed, however, it is limited to single servings and does not provide exact amounts of each FODMAP compound. This is highly unfortunate when planning larger meals or a day’s worth of food. Please add an option to look up FODMAP by food weight and the amount of them!

I just wish you would ad a German version. There is too less information about the FODMAP diet in Germany and almost nothing reliable.

Prima gemacht. Leicht holpriges Deutsch. Dennoch gut verständlich. Die 9 Euro lohnen sich dafür.
