Stopped working after three weeks of purchase
Inexplicably this app no longer displays my video within GoToMeeting. I can see the video on my iPhone but I’m seeing a black box on GoToMeeting. Frustrating!
PLEASE fix portrait mode
Works great in landscape mode, but portrait mode shows a glitch screen that looks incredibly unprofessional and embarrassing. Other than that I think the app is great, but I just can’t use it until this glitch is fixed.
App started out working well
...but for the last few weeks the screen will black out for no reason, and now just Recently it will not connect to my windows at all.
Very buggy
A little upset at the fact that I paid for this. It is obviously not a polished product. It’s a nice idea though.
Audio
Mic Sound doesn’t playback in video when record.
Teams Not Supported 😞
Purchased the app, it works in Zoom, but not Teams. App Support said it’s because Microsoft removed compatibility. If they fix It to work with Teams again, it would be a 4-5 star app for me.
No mic in iOS 14
Impossible to use it because mic doesn’t work properly in my new IPad Air 4. Tried everything, video es perfect, but no mic🧐
USB Connection B/W
Over Wi-Fi the image is perfect, but when connected over USB the image is black and white and shows the three blue loading screen dots. Please fix this Elgato thank you.
Not reliable
App is great when it is working. But...it doesn’t work reliably. It frequently just won’t connect. Phone is on same wifi as the computer and plugged in via usb.
Quality worse than free app
The free app had much better quality on wifi than this. I bought this app to get flash and get rid of the watermark but I didn’t expect to lose so much quality in the process.

Video help put input is stuck on black and white cannot change it
