Working two jobs who both use hot schedules. App doesn’t allow two jobs. Have to log out and log in each time for each job. Needs to update to be able to switch jobs within the app. For me to have to pay for the app this shouldn’t be a problem. Need to fix!!

Loading Errors

I spend more time on the loading screen than in the app. Loading Errors almost daily. And the Rate Your Shift! feature is just annoying.

Constantly freezing

Many glitches...freezing up quite frequently. Has gotten worse recently. It’s very costly for management needs every second they can get

Objectively the SLOWEST app

It literally takes SOOO long to load. It is the slowest app on my phone by far. Really inconvenient if you need to check something quickly.

Error

I don’t mind buying a app for my schedule, but when every other time I go to open the app I get a error pop up 15 times and then nothing happens after restarting the apps kinda makes feel like you’ve wasted your money.

No nicknames?!

For 3 bucks it’s kind of dumb to not be able to go by my nickname .

notifications are not working

notifications have always worked, alerting me to my liking of a up coming shift. now sadly the app does not send a reminder that you have your shift in an hour. all other notifications work great, expect for this issue. please fix

issues / bugs

lately it’s been really difficult for the app to open without showing me some “error” and sometimes i can’t access my schedule so i don’t know when i work.

I don’t know how anyone likes this app

Unbearably painful and Ultra slow to load for a rather simplistic app. Setting availability is also counterintuitive and a strange process.

Network issues

I often experience issues with the app (a good 50% of the time I use it) which is extremely frustrating as I am then prevented from checking my work schedule.

Slow

You figured if companies relied on a app to let their employees know their working would at least load, but apparently not.

Works when it wants to

I paid for an app that occasionally works. Yay me. *insert Donkey emoji*

Messy

I just updated my app last night and I hate the way my weekly schedule looks. With my days off smaller. It’s so messy looking

Resining for the Charge

There are a bunch of these apps. 2 stars because it’s stupid my employer pays for the service yet they still charge 2.99 to download. Money grab.

Bring back the old layout

The new update is just not it. Difficult to read and differentiate between shifts, available shifts, and the dates. Looks cluttered and messy, and it’s weird that the “week” starts on a Wednesday.

Latest update bugs

the latest update has left the app super slow and it crashes very often. the schedule page looks very disorganized and sending messages takes a very long time. app used to work fine before but now it’s almost unusable

Update ruined it

Have used this app for years and recently they changed the way the times are shown, where if you work on it shows on top of am, have nearly missed work because of this

not consistent

AM and PM spots switched which is very annoying for people who work both shifts on different days

Update is awful

Jumbled mess!! There’s nothing clean or good about this update. Please clean up and bring back the lunch and dinner with Lunch always above dinner.

SO SLOW!

The app is seriously so laggy and slow, it drives me nuts! It takes forever just to load a freaking screen, and then held the time it’ll say it wasn’t able to refresh or something. Can you fix this?

Not Great

It’s better than the mobile website, so that’s cool. But it’s the slowest app on my phone, and I’m not happy I had to pay for a laggy app when my employer already pays a healthy chunk to use your service.

Upset about not being able to see off time

So I had the free app an it wasn’t showing when I would get off only the time i was supposed to be in I spent $3 on this app an same exact problem please fix it😡

Crashing

I updated my HotSchedules app lastnight and now it wont let me go into the app it keeps crashing and it won’t let me open it..

Edited

I told them I would rewrite my review once they fixed the dark mode. They didn’t, they reverted back to an earlier update. Good job guys.

DARK MODE

the schedule is now black lines because HS failed to update after Dark Mode was released. FIX IT PLEASE!!!

I prefer dark mode on iPhone and I can’t see my schedule now. Please update to accommodate this

Can’t see the screen. It’s like time slots are blacked out.

Good until dark mode

Dark mode messed this app up. Can’t see shift times unless I click on them individually. Text is almost the same grey color as the background. Gf has the same problem so I know it’s not just me

Dark mode not compatible

Needs immediate attention because the newest update is not dark mode comparable, so if you have dark mode turned on on your phone you will not be able to see hot schedules. Extremely inconvenient.

Dark mode??

Dark mode is great but maybe switch the text to white, I can’t read my own schedule which defeats the purpose of even having the app
