Super helpful

I really like this App. Easy to use.

Excellent and Fantastic

Just tap the muscle you want to work and the app suggests several exercises that target the selected muscle. Sleek, smooth, this app is really great!

Update please

Great app but please update so it can work with Apple Watch and Track exercises, caories, etc…

Amazing App

I use this app quite often to find a exercise that develops a particular muscle. It not only gives you a primary exercise it gives you secondary and stretches for that muscle. This app has helped me change my body composition.

Know what you’re working out

Great for targeting areas of imbalance that are part of minor muscle groups and strengthening for mobility.

nice

bought this on a whim and have no regrets at all

One Workout app to rule them all

Love this app! There’s a few exercises missing, but you can add custom ones (they just don’t have an animation). I do wish there was a way to show a routines overall dedication to certain muscles, and analyze if my weekly program is targeting all my muscle groups, but the app does keep track of your progress. I think it’s a must have for beginners or intermediates who want to explore different exercises and see a demonstration of how they’re done (the animations are very helpful).

Perfect

Very good, but done and next buttons must be bigger:)

No subscription!

This is an incredible app that only requires a one-time payment. I highly recommend for those looking for easy to follow workouts, or looking to create your own routine.

Maintenace

Hello, I have been using this app for years and I relly love it. I noticed that the app started crashing often. Please keep app up and running. Thank you. CRASHING, CRASHING, CRASHING!!!!!!!!!

Love this app

I really love this app! The reason for the 4 stars is because on the workout section you can’t toggle between doing all reps/sets for 1 exercise then going to the next exercise and switching exercises after each set. I like the circuit way better. Other wise it is perfection! Thank you!

Crashes

Crashes every 1-2 min of use.

Keeps crashing

Nice app with useful tips. However it keeps crashing after scrolling though the exercises.

Great app…

I have the essential anatomy 5 app and thought I’d try this one out. Love how you can watch the tissue move with the exercise. That being said, it would be better if you could rotate the body while it’s in motion. I noticed I’m not able to view posterior muscles in motion even though I’ve isolated a particular muscle (i.e. infraspuantus). I highlight the muscle but the model stay facing forward so I cannot see the isolated muscle in action. If that aspect could be developed then this would be

I’ve had it for years!

I’ve used this app for many years. I had free version at first and not bought it and it is so good. I can see what muscles strengthen at what exercise

Update interface

Please update the interface, it needs many improvements that do not update as time goes by. The content of the app deserves constant updates.

Bugs

I love this app but it always crashes on the 13 pro max

Needs an Update

Great app for a great price, but missing many good exercises like face pulls, glute bridges, close grip Dumbbell bench press, and goblet squats. Also, itwould be valuable to include a focus muscle on exercises that serve a certain muscle best, like hammer curls focus the brachialis, but the primary muscles are brachialis, brachioradialis, bicep short head, bicep long head. If not then please add an option for the user to add this detail to the premade exercises for their workouts.

Gains!!

I can tell I’m going to love this app. Only thing I would add to it is an explanation of how each muscle works and what it’s primary function is. Other than that this app is truly stellar and worth the money.

Love it….needs to be updated

As much as i love this application, it needs to be updated. It needs to be redesigned and added more to it, better interface. Do that and this app is easily in the top.

Falta español

Falta idioma español y sería genial

Great app just needs a little polish

Like the title says, it’s mostly the menu system. Feels like it’s from 10 years ago. Other than that this app is awesome.

Great app!

I use it all the time when need to strengthen certain muscles. And if you injured a muscle you can also use this app to see which muscle and what you did. Then you can use the exercises and stretches to bring it back to normal.

Excellent & Extremely Useful

I purchased this app years ago for a kinesiology class, but over the years since I’ve continued to find it useful for my regular gym sessions and as a anatomy guide. For my lifestyle iMuscle2 has proven its value.

Click on a muscle

I love that feature! Click and you are given the name of and all the exercises that will strengthen that muscles. You will learn all primary and secondary muscles that will be working in the exercise.

Cool app but crashes every chance it gets

I learn a lot from this program… for the minute it works. If I had known there would be issues I wouldn’t have bought it in the first place. Please fix this.
