Helpful but miss some great excercises

Really helpful. But how can barbel hipthrust not even being mentioned as a glute axcercise? Can only find laying single leg thrust...

Perfect, almost

Hi its a verry good app, but it doesnt fit iphone pro max screen and the quality of image isnt 2021. And it would be great with more exercises and stretches added because it has almost been the same for last 8 years(had it first on ipad)

Some bug with the account?

Almost an perfect score on this one. Nearly every single thing is top notch. It’s just that I’ll hadn’t been able to start an account/profile with my email linking both the one one my mobile with that one that is downloaded on to my computer back home. Way is that? Please fix that bug asp. //M
