Great app for planning ahead. Not as good for live updates, use the local train apps for live updates when you are on the move. A faster real-time connection would be beneficial

Works well for planing traveling with an Interrail pass. You need an internet connection to create a ticket. You can show the ticket without an connection when you travel. But if you have a good mobile connection but an overloaded internet with long response times it collapses. Then all information seems to be erased. This happened twice for me in Copenhagen. Really stressful. With a restored internet connection the information reappeared fortunately. Please fix this.

Really easy to use the App with lots of good shortcuts that I found after a while of using the App. Best of all was the way the tickets inspectors in Sweden, Denmark, Germany and Italy all just checked the WR code for our tickets and we’re happy - literally no problems. Only gripe is the additional costs for seat reservations made using the Eurail App but I guess this is a company issue. Our advice, book seat reservations directly with the train operator and then check about the needs to print

After first download it was easy to find a journey to go with. Then how you register your interrail pass and identification the trouble begins. Read the instructions carefully. After your registration you had to learn how to make your trip reservation to a ticket to show. Together with good friends that have used the app and using it for yourself a few days it works really easy to use

One of the best apps ever! It handles your ticket and it knows all train timetables. It has three views for 1. Planning your next ride. 2. Managing your trip. 3. Creating your ticket. It even supports buying any required seat reservations. All this with a beautiful user interface. I wish I developed this app.

I want to be able to use the 24-hour time (not AM/PM) even in the english language version.

Overall good. An improvement I would really like is to be able to easily swap between the tickets for several persons mobile pass on the same unit. After traveling Gothenburg - Paris - York as a family of five persons that was noticed as a major weakness. 1) Open first pass 2) Open ticket 3) Show ticket 4) Two steps back 5) Open second pass 6) Open ticket 7) Show ticket 8) Two steps back …

It is a major drawback that you can’t sync between I.e. IOS-units. I want to plan in my iPad, with bigger screen, but the planning is not synced to the iPhone. Really bad.
