If only it had an activity widget
If only it had the option of an activity widget on the Lock Screen so I could see how far I was in to current activity and what the next activity was coming up.

Love it! Very intuitive workflow on the Apple Watch as well.
Run/walk playlist
As I alternate between running and walking at specific intervals, my playlist also alternates between my desired beats per minute that matches my run or my walk. Couldn’t run without it! As far as I know, this is the only app that does that.

Not updating anymore
It’s seems this app is a thing of the past. You can set up intervals in sets, but it seems a bit pricey for just that. Also I couldn’t import workouts as plain text. Watched YouTube videos to get help but they were 8 years old and the interface had changed and I couldn’t find those features anywhere. Also the beeps are annoying and the ai-voices very machine-like, like they did 25 years ago. RIP Seconds Pro!
