One of the best airline apps I have come across!

when you build an APP for consumer, why don’t you design it so that consumers can understand it. From a UI/UX point of view, this is one of the worst airline APPS in the industry

It is the best flight app

The app just runs incredibly slow, even with high speed internet. It frequently displays errors when you try to get your boarding pass. Also pretty ridiculous that there’s no option for google or Apple Pay.

Use the app to inform passangers about events that the need to know. Today the waiting time at Geneva airport was extreme, but no nothing ininte app. Then a pair of skis was left in Geneva, but no info in the app. You have all the data. Use it! I don’t need an app for a boarding pass.

This is the worst airline app I used.

I can’t change it to English?

Cumbersome and difficult to navigate. Last time I checked it showed the alliances as Sky Team and not Star Alliance.
